They didn't change the air filter or give me any other special repairs that's just an oil change. They don't check your tires or your windshield wipers or vacuum it out or do anything special that they say they do on their receipt. They didn't even reset my maintenance oil light .If you want service and an extra $33 in your pocket go to the other oil place by Bonita Lakes , the oil change is $66 and they do take care of their customers.

The current place I have used is backed up tremendously and sometimes days waiting to get work done. While I have trusted my current business very much I wanted to try out Penzoil Lube Center due to their efficient work on oil changes. We had a family vacation planned for the mountains in North Carolina and wanted brakes to be in top shape. You know going around some of the mountains, going downhill, etc...you dont need faulty brakes. The current brakes have some age but not alot of use so I at least needed them checked out. Upon calling I learn I can bring the car in and have it back by lunch. So off I go. After dropping the car off and being gone a little over an hour I get a call from them. Expecting the worse and hoping for the best I brace my self. The owner informs me the brakes are in good shape and I will not have a problem going 4 to 5 thousand more miles. I inform him of the mountain trip and he still is good with the current condition of the brakes. Didnt try to do any add on work or anything like that. This day and time it can be hard to find an honest reptuble auto repair shop. But here in Jackson we now have two places to go for automotive needs.
