I got there, two hours later they came in and said they wanted me to put my hubcaps back on. I told them I would show them how, but I couldnt help due to recent neck issues. I went into the service bay and they just stood there not even offering to help. I told one of the service techs about my neck. He just stood there with a cigarette in his mouth and told me he had just had a heart transplant. My wife and I have bought two sets of tires there recently and it will be the last. I left with my hubcaps in the truck and the white wall tires they had put on were not even clean. The worst service I have ever had.i hi

The current place I have used is backed up tremendously and sometimes days waiting to get work done. While I have trusted my current business very much I wanted to try out Penzoil Lube Center due to their efficient work on oil changes. We had a family vacation planned for the mountains in North Carolina and wanted brakes to be in top shape. You know going around some of the mountains, going downhill, etc...you dont need faulty brakes. The current brakes have some age but not alot of use so I at least needed them checked out. Upon calling I learn I can bring the car in and have it back by lunch. So off I go. After dropping the car off and being gone a little over an hour I get a call from them. Expecting the worse and hoping for the best I brace my self. The owner informs me the brakes are in good shape and I will not have a problem going 4 to 5 thousand more miles. I inform him of the mountain trip and he still is good with the current condition of the brakes. Didnt try to do any add on work or anything like that. This day and time it can be hard to find an honest reptuble auto repair shop. But here in Jackson we now have two places to go for automotive needs.
