On Sept. 23rd (Sunday) I had a rim blow out on my BMW in Demopolis, Al. Sept 24th, I called around to find anyone that could help find or fix my rim, was told by one company that no one in Demopolis, Al. would touch my BMW. I then called Parker Tire LLC. And Nich told me to bring my car to him to see if he could get my rim fixed. I got there and was told it couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new rim. The nearest BMW was 50 miles away. Nich was willing to go get my rim for me. With Nich, Beverly, Garrett and Tyrone of Parker Tire LLC I don't know what I would have done. They are my heroes. Unfriendly front staff. Slowest service I have ever experienced at a tire place this is even my second time here. I was hoping the first time was just a busy day. Only 2 people on the lobby with me and I have still waited hours for a simple oil change tire rotation. 0/10 read more

Fast and friendly service. We stopped here when we found a nail in our tire, and they patched it for $15. We were out in less than 20 minutes. read more

After trying three times to get my tires balanced, I finally found a place competant enough to do it right. I live in Texas and had traveled to Colorado and Alabama with an aggravating vibration that no one could stop. After going to Parker Tire, I might just wait till I go back to Demopolis to get my tires balanced the next time. My truck, with 20" wheels and wide tire, rides like it's on glass. I purchased a vehicle from Windham Motor Co Inc in APRIL 2021 and it has been nothing short of a…read morenightmare ever since. Windham sold us a vehicle that, they did not properly inspect before it was put on the lot. At first what we thought would be a minor A/C repair that would be covered by warranty quickly turned into a quote from a dealership in Tuscaloosa upwards to $6200 worth of damage. This estimate was deemed "too high" and "couldn't possibly be right" so the car was then sent to Meridian. A more suitable (cheaper) estimate was done and the "repairs were made". The car was picked up Thursday June 17th and the SAME day the air conditioning was still not working and none of the other problems were even addressed. The car was then taken back to Tuscaloosa so the repairs could be made on it. We picked the car up last WEDNESDAY a week ago today (that is almost a total of 4 months since the purchase date) and the car has been in our actual possession for two maybe three weeks in that time. Last night I get a phone call from my very upset 19 year old stepdaughter that something else is wrong with the vehicle... the floorboards on the passenger side front and back were flooded. When I contacted the OWNER of Windham I was told that it was probably the windshield leaking (it never rained on her yesterday, no car wash trips, absolutely no water near the windshield) doesn't take a genius to figure out that isn't the problem. I also haven't heard back from the owner since 8:30 this morning when he suggested that it could be the windshield. My two biggest pieces of advice for anyone in the market for a vehicle is: 1.) DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WINDHAM MOTOR COMPANY! And 2.) never trust a clean carfax make sure the actual dealership has inspected the car before you sign your name to anything.

My car had a breakdown while traveling from Atlanta to Dallas, and these guys saved me from a ton…read moreof expenses as well as heartache. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Here's what happened. My water pump seized up completely, thus destroying the serpentine belt of my car. Luckily, I saw exit 31 on I-20 and pulled into the Marathon gas station. This was on a Sunday. Thinking that everything was closed in Boligee, I asked someone if they knew of a place that could fix my car on such short notice. Luckily, 3-Bs was directly behind the Marathon gas station. I pulled my stricken car into 3-Bs, to which they mentioned that they could fix my car, yet needed a new water pump + serpentine belt. I recognized that this facility was more of a wrecker service with tons of tires everywhere, yet versatile enough to complete car repairs. The car parts could only be picked up in Demopolis, which was 24 miles away. I traveled with one of the mechanics to an Advanced Auto Parts store, to which I was able to purchase the necessary parts at reasonable prices. Returning back to Boligee, the mechanics were able to get started. During the time that the mechanics were working on the car, there were several customers that stopped by, thus delaying the process. The person in charge (Wallace) was able to delegate responsibilities to the other two guys in getting work done. The repair process took almost three hours, yet I kept in mind that the trip to Demopolis took an hour to get the parts. Yet what impressed me the most was of the thoroughness, as well as that "something extra" when it came to test-driving my car to ensure that there weren't any leaks. Previous garages that I've been to didn't even do that, and this action alone made a positive impression on me. Altogether, 3-Bs is open pretty much everyday, according to Wallace. Reasonable prices, good service, I was quite pleased. But more importantly, these guys were able to allow for me to get home safely. Thank you once again, 3-Bs!
