I'd just spent $550.00 in Texas to assure a safe sound travel for the summer. When my car started to "freak out" as the alternator was going out and my battery was self destructing... I got off 20 and rolled into a less than Motel... in a bit of a panic. Beyond stressed! Yelp had 6 suggestions... Wade's Auto had 6 very shiny reviews. I was curious how a shop could maintain such a streak of positivity , it didn't seem possible. I'd worked for a mechanic before in Texas... you can't make sure everything and everyone is happy... it's just a challenging business. Wade can! He is honest. He is as reliable as his overwhelmed present (5/22) state can be. He is a neurotic perfectionist and does not suffer fools. Get out the way and let the man work and you'll get your car truly repaired with all the information you need to know about anything else he may have run across. It's a guarantee of service hard to find these days. There is nothing that compares to an honest craftsman and his life's encyclopedic knowledge as it applies to your investment and your safety. This man has earned a 5+++ in my experience with him.

I didn't really have any choice but to leave the car with them. They definitely could've taken advantage of my situation but instead I was given a very fair price. Really appreciated their work in what was an otherwise terrible week.

Knowing she did not have family in Mississippi, he went out of his way to drop her off to get some food and pick her up once the truck was ready. I was in tears with everything they did for my mom. No one else wanted to help, they stepped up and made sure she was well taken care of. Apart from being so kind hearted, they did not scam my mom (which as we all know is a great problem with many mechanics) they charged my card accordingly. If I could give them 100000 stars, I would! They are AMAZING! I'm 1,100 miles away from my mom, I was so worried about her. After talking to sonny, I knew she was in very good hands. They deserve all the good in the world. Thank you for everything you've done for my family.

I have a 2015 Lexus GS 350 all-wheel-drive with F sport package…read more About 1 year ago, I made the mistake of having my tires replaced at Walmart. I bought a cheap set of 4 Nankang AS-1 235/40R19 96 Y Tires with extended warranty & hazard protection. One year later, the tires had worn down unusually fast due to improper balancing and misalignment. Fast forward to early January 2020 - I was driving on the highway in Atlanta and I sustained a gash on my rear drive sided tire after hitting a small pothole. The blowout almost made me loose control of the car but I was able to pull over and put the compact temporary spare tire on. I drove back home and began to embark on the process of fixing my new tire problem. The nankang warranty protection proved to be useless and I decided that I wouldn't feel comfortable driving on this brand of tires any longer. As a result, I found myself needing a new set of tires. I initially looked on Firestone's website but I couldn't find the tires I wanted. So I got my tires from tire rack and had them shipped to firestone since they are an approved installer. My new set of good year assurance maxlife tires arrived within 5 days. I had them installed yesterday. James(store manager) took care of me from start to finish. He went above and beyond to explain everything thoroughly. Thank you for turning this problem into a smooth & efficient fix with minimal effort on my part! Some of these quick auto care shops are notorious for shoddy work and up selling. I have had experiences at other places where the oil filter was not installed correctly or the incorrect amount of oil was placed. That was not the case here!! Based on my experience, I would say that this firestone is run by competent honest/trustworthy people who will get the job done right. Looking back, I would have just called Mr James directly at the onset of my tire search and he would have been able to acquire the tires for me sooner. Talking to a knowledge/competent human will always trump the internet! I ultimately bought a lifetime alignment/balancing package after this smooth experience. Thank you guys so much again!

I should mention that after having spent over $4000 at the BMW dealer in Berkeley (CA) and having very poor work done on it, I was about to get rid of the car. They did a very poor job and in many cases, did not do the work they claimed to have done. We found this out after the engine was disassembled in Meridian and found parts which were to be new were clearly not even touched by the dealer. Thank you again for good work.
