If it was possible to give this business 0 stars I would. I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated yesterday, like I was at Expresscare Auto. The owner is a huge self righteous, want to be know it all, sexest. Not only was he EXTREMELY rude to me, but he referred to his son (one of his "employees") as slow, and degraded another employee right in front of me. I thought we was joking at first, but after he belittled me and patronized me to the point of tears, I knew that he was a piece of sh*t.
This was my second time going for an oil change, seeing as my husband usually helps me do my own, but since he's serving our country at the present time, I had to turn to someone else. The first time I stayed in my car while they changed my oil and didn't really encounter the owner. I had specifically asked for synthetic oil for my high milage vehicle. I found out that they DIDN'T give me that last time and my reasoning was I would be paying $41.96 (that's with the military discount- a whopping $5 off anything you have done) this time since I THOUGHT that's what I paid for last time. My total comes out as $70.85 (again that's with the military discount), so I think something is wrong.
This is where the patronizing begins. The as*bag proceeds to tell me that he's going to drain my synthetic oil since I only wanted to pay for regular. (it's not my fault they didn't do what they were supposed to last time). He then tells me that there are signs everywhere announcing his regular and synthetic pricing. That's not the point, you HORRIBLE man. Your company lied to me the first time and I just wanted some sort of explanation or money back since I was being treated like a piece of dirt. When I suggested that. He said he already gave me a military discount and didn't even have to do that (shows how much he cares about service men and women).
I will also report him to BBB because if you look on the receipts you're given, in the "Service Checklist" box you'll see a whole bunch of fluids, tire PSI, and wiper blades etc that he "checks" for you. The first time I was there I noticed they checked off they inspected stuff that they didn't. I was in the car the whole time and could see everything they were doing.
This time when I asked about some of the items on the checklist his own employee admitted that piece of sh*t boss didn't even bother to look at any of it!! It's like he goes down the list and autofills, because I KNOW my tire PSI was at 50+ and he put down 35/35 (same as last time!) and I KNOW my wiper blades need replacing, but he marked that they were ok (same as last time!)
On top of everything else he flat out told me not to come back. This guy is a f*cking crook and, although they do do a fast oil change I would not trust him with my car ever again. It's one thing to treat a military spouse the way he did, but to also fudge paperwork and not actually provide what is promised- you should be shut down for your swindle/crook, a*s hat backward ways of dealing with people. I know plenty of local mechanics who would love to help you with your vehicle. Please do not go to this pig, unless you like high prices and you're ready to be treated cruelly. read more
