I was at my Pastor's home picking up some packages that were delivered while they are gone. For some odd reason I put my keys on the lid of the bed of the truck. I lifted the lid and before I could react, I heard the keys slide between the bed and cab of the truck. I couldn't see them on the ground or anywhere. I had a friend come get me so I could get my spare keys, and I went to Mavis to see if they could put it up on the lift and see if they could find them. Kamron and Eric both looked and finally reached up and felt around and sure enough there they were!!!!! I want to say thank you so much to these 2 guys and their great business for helping me out. Within an hour of my drive, my tire pressure warning light came on, which was quite concerning. Upon arriving at my sister's home, she highly recommended Mavis Tire in Hudson due to their excellent service and knowledgeable staff. She has always had positive experiences with this location. I made an appointment for the Friday after Christmas and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the location - you could eat off the floor; it was that spotless! Perry, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, particularly with the model of my vehicle. He quickly identified that the issue with my tire pressure light was likely due to a tire sensor, and he was right. Fortunately, they had the part in stock and were able to replace it while I waited. While waiting, a very nice mechanic informed Perry that my vehicle was a quart low on oil. This came as a shock because I had just taken my vehicle to a Mavis location in South Florida the day before arriving in Hudson, and they should have informed me of this, so I'm very glad that the Hudson Mavis informed me. By the time I left Mavis in Hudson, my vehicle had been repaired and even test driven, which was very impressive. In addition to Perry, all of the employees at the Hudson location were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. As a single woman in my 60s, it was very comforting to know that my vehicle was in the hands of such capable and caring people. I highly recommend Mavis Tire located at 12229 Little Rd., Hudson, FL. It's reassuring to know I have a reliable mechanic in Hudson in case I need one while visiting my sister, which is often.

He was argumentative and rude when I asked a question regarding the weight of the oil. On my receipt they listed a bunch of things they did when they did not. In fact when it came time to clean the windshield they just cleaned 6 inches of it where they write the mileage with a wax pencil, pathetic and lazy and just piss poor service. They forced me to get an upgraded choice of oil package after they pumped out and not drained the oil so what was I supposed to do to leave with no oil in the engine?I have no clue whether they changed the oil filter or not.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST, RIP OFF.

A bit over an hour after my appointment a employee came over and said that there would be a bit of a delay in putting my two batteries in my truck. Now, I understand putting diesel batteries in a truck is a little bit more difficult than a regular vehicle. But after waiting I went out to the parking lot and looking at all five bays empty with employees standing around, I realized no one wanted to put the batteries in my truck. I told them to give me my effing keys back and that I would put the batteries in myself. My husband, who is almost 83 years old and Disabled replaced the batteries in the truck. We get very poor service if we ever have to use Walmart automotive center. Their mechanics don't care, they're slow, and they do a lousy job. And it was extremely lousy of them to not put the batteries in my truck and my almost 83 year-old husband had to do it. A disabled veteran put the batteries in my truck. Shame on you Walmart automotive center! All of you mechanics should be ashamed of yourself and we will not do any business with you and we will also not recommend you for anything. The only thing you're good for is fixing a flat tire and even that's a half ass job! So I do not recommend anyone use Walmart automotive.

Most recently we ordered large tires from their app, scheduled installation via their app, and when we dropped off made the size very clear as we've had issues before. Drop off goes well. 30 minutes up the road they call and state they don't have the equipment for it. Wasted a large portion of our busy day not able to get our tires done because they're not educated about their limits. I generally don't like to give bad reviews but three times of this in a year is a little much. Luckily, we found a place that is fast and efficient that got them done in less than an hour. To be clear, I'm not upset they couldn't do them. I'm upset that we had three chances to not waste our entire Saturday morning. 1. When we ordered they knew the size and offered installation on the app 2. When we scheduled on the app with the tire size we purchased from them 3. When we dropped off and made it clear the size. Definitely plenty of room for improvement.

Huge kudos to Jorge and Nico. They are truly amazing. Their customer service is a solid 10 out of 10. Even though I can't get an oil change, they have never turned me away or made me feel like an inconvenience. I'm honestly terrible at putting air in my tires, and there's absolutely no judgment, just kindness and professionalism every time. I've also purchased windshield wipers from Take 5, and the experience was just as great, quick, easy, and friendly. Great guys, great service, and a team that genuinely cares. I highly recommend this location, even if you drive an electric car like me.
