A couple small downsides that other car washes provide our glass cleaner, interior dash cleaner, and air fresheners. I got a towel this day, but normally I don't think they're out there. Towels are really nice to have as no auto car wash gets them completely dry. But the wash itself is really good and the vacuum works great. Staff super friendly and plenty of bays to vacuum (super strong) and clean the mats.

I joined the car wash membership when they first opened. The owners seem nice. I'm now, (a year…read morein) on the fence about staying. It's convenient for me to use due to location. I don't like the paper towels they dispense (2 are offered), they really don't work well and are flimsy. Also numerous times now they are out or the machines dispensing them don't work. I've had issues with getting my car clean as the employees don't automatically pre spray for bugs, heavier dirt. With a black car it should be automatic, everything shows and sticks, lol. Spray people! I shouldn't have to ask or go twice. So I frequently have to make two trips through or leave (got places to be) with a car in less than clean condition, doesn't make me happy. The mat cleaner is so so. I really would prefer the real bottles (filled with window cleaner, etc.) and real towels to dry the missed wet spots or shine up tires. Only thing I'm debating right now is value for my money as I explore my options, which are plenty. Car wash on almost every block.

Jim, the owner who saw all other techs were busy, put it on a lift and saw a leak in the front near the connection to the exhaust manifold. Misty ordered the part, finding one for a cost of around $450 when Chevy wanted over $1,200 for factory part. Two o2 sensors attach to this pipe which includes two built in Catalytic Convertors, so I asked them to put in new sensors too. Came back Friday and they put it all in, taking about 75 minutes, which included torching the bolts leading to the second half of the exhaust to break that connection. Total cost was just over $700 after taxes. The owner Jim also mentioned that at 130k miles I should have the transmission fluids and filter changed. Went back today (10/25/2016) and it was done within an hour. Misty runs the desk, and she knows more about cars than most dudes, that's for sure. Super nice staff all around. Jim has owned it for about a month, taking over from Joe who owned it for years. Jim is a super nice guy, all the staff really like him, and he jumps in to help as needed. I was told by Shelby (who works there at the front counter) that it was going to cost $1007.27 to fix my car and that would allow me to have AC and Heat and directional airflow. after they worked on it and before payment was given over the phone, I was told by Shelby, yes it has AC yes it has Heat and yes the directional airflow was fixed. I paid the bill and when I picked up my car after work that day, I had AC and directional airflow, however I had no Heat. they asked me to bring it back in and then tell me, it's another issue for my Heat that's going to cost me another $1000 and because the mechanic I was talking to is the fiancé (Chris) of Shelbys, Chris says I never asked to get my Heat fixed and I'm basically screwed. stay away from these crooks!! if they were upfront and honest with me, I never would have paid $1007.27 to fix 2/3 of my cars problems. scammers and Liars!
