They gave him an initial estimate (parts and labor). The labor exceeded the estimate but wanted to stay true to their word. I have found their recommendations helpful and services are not overpriced. They have done some warranty work as well. I'm glad I got the road hazard protection with my tires when I bought them, as it covered a defective valve stem when I had a slow air leak in one of the tires. It's a busy place, but I think they do a great job. For anyone that thinks it's ok to yell at a captive audience, it's not. Obviously if there's an issue, you want it fixed but getting rude and unprofessional is just classless and there's never a reason for it. These people are trying to help fix your car, do you really want to treat them badly?

I had a $20 discount coupon which I presented at the time for payment. The price was now $69.00. I told the agent what I was quoted on the phone and he dismissed my concern.
