My employer and I used this garage for years for routine maintenance with generally acceptable results. Since they opened a second location, the consistency, transparency, and pricing have changed in ways that are hard to overlook. A company vehicle was returned to us with a stripped drain plug and an active oil leak after service. That's not a minor oversight--that's a fundamental failure. Soon after, I requested a quote for front brakes only on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade and was given an estimate of roughly $1,600. I sourced a complete upgraded brake set myself for $397 and completed the job without issue. Draw your own conclusions from that gap. Most recently, I brought in my wife's Subaru for tires, an oil change, and a noise diagnosis. The tires were installed, but the oil change and diagnostic were completely missed. I was told it "wasn't on the work order" and asked to bring the car back. That's a basic process failure. After returning the vehicle, I was told the issue was front wheel bearings and advised to replace both--quoted at approximately $1,000. I purchased the parts myself for $178, and standard labor time for this job is widely understood to be around 1.5 hours per side. When I asked for a clear breakdown of how that estimate was calculated--parts, labor hours, and rate--I was told their system could not provide that level of detail. That answer alone is concerning. If a shop can't explain how a four-figure repair is priced, that's a problem. At this point, the pattern is hard to ignore: Work not completed as requested Pricing that does not align with commonly accepted parts and labor ranges No meaningful transparency when questioned I have no issue paying for quality work. What I will not accept is unclear pricing, missed work, and answers that don't add up. If you're considering this shop, do your homework before approving any repairs. Take a few minutes to verify parts pricing and standard labor expectations. Without that, you may not realize how far off a quote actually is. Based on multiple recent experiences, I will not be returning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Went here to get my car worked on and now I have to buy a new car…read more Almost ended up in the hospital and thank God I didn't hurt anyone else around me. If there was a zero star option, I would have pick that. Do not trust these individuals, they will take your money and not take responsibility for the work they do. They are scammers. Edit: This is my reply to the store's comment below. My husband tried to consult with you all at your shop and your employees did not want to take responsibility for the work they provided. After telling him that the newest employee was the one that worked on the car.... We simply wanted a refund because the car is in worse shape than when it arrived but your employees wanted to argue instead of help so we will not contact you guys again unless you plan to give us our money back. You can contact him, it's Cody B. in your system.

Buddy, you will be waiting FOREVER for them to even get to your vehicle. And then it'll take FOREVER to actually do the service. And then a sullen mechanic who doesn't enjoy people-ing and I'll toss some papers and some keys on the counter without a word. It's fine that a mechanic doesn't particularly want to talk to customers. I get it. Other staff are ostensibly present to handle these human vs shop interactions, but usually they're not. And when they are there, what you'll get is a big helping of "tough luck" or a story about work you need done on your car and scoffing indifference if you refuse. They've repeatedly been unable to help me in a timely manner, and I am not alone. I don't know why these folks don't care... in general... they just seem ornery and apathetic. So. Avoid this place. Unless they undergo a massive transformation. Until then, this place will just make your soul tired.

I had a really disappointing experience with the auto care management team at the Harrisonburg, VA…read moreSuper Walmart. I was wary about taking my care to be serviced at Walmart vs a traditional garage, but decided it was only having new tires installed, so worth a shot. To be fair, the technicians were fine. Did what was expected and in a timely fashion. The problem was the management team. Completely unresponsive to my complaint/situation. The problem was that I purchased tires from Walmart.com. With less than 10K miles on them, 2 tires had worn down to the wear bar. I had all 4 wheels aligned shortly after the tires were installed ...and the car had no evidence of pulling. I asked the manager to look into what could be done to either replace those tires or give credit towards new ones...crickets. Got the corporate run around. Explained he had to contact the store manager or possibly the regional manager. In the meantime, I contacted the tire manufacturer, only to find out that Walmart was selling a discontinued tire, with no disclaimer that the tire was no longer being made. The manufacturer said that likely the rubber had degraded with age and was the probable reason for the early wear. They absolved themselves of any culpability because a discontinued tire was out of their warranty. I brought that info to the auto care manager again. Once again, no response. It has been about a month since all this has happened and have not received any updates. I have visited the store numerous times and called a bunch more. I guess their response is to not engage. I have since sold the car, but this experience has put me off from ever using their auto care again and will most definitely not be recommending them to my friends or family.
