The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

FINALLY! An HONEST repair shop. Hallelujah…read more We took our car to be looked at because it was having electrical problems. We had previously taken it to a dealership to be worked on since they are supposed to cover and repair these types of things... but they completely messed it up TWICE. Not naming names.. *cough AllStar Honda cough*.. Decided enough was enough and took it to REIS to see if they could help us. They were so willing to take a look and try to fix the other guys problem. They were open and honest with us from the beginning about what it might be and what they would be able to do to help us out. They called us back letting us know that they took a look and were able to find the faulty repair job from before and gave us a way to fix it. Unfortunately, the issue required a specific part that needed to be fixed directly at a dealership, so they couldn't help us right away. They laid out exactly what the problem was and how to repair it, and guys, they didn't charge us AT ALL. These guys look at our car for hours to find the solution and didn't charge us because they couldn't fix it. I have never felt so comfortable with a repair shop as I did with them. They claim they are just there to help and be real with us, and they completely delivered. As a person who knows nothing about cars, it's so comforting knowing that I have found a place that will truly help me instead of scamming me.

I'm fortunate my engine hasn't ceased, if it does in the near future there will be lawsuit filed.

I purchased my tires from Firestone. They offer a lifetime…read morerotation of the tires . First time I went in and got my tires rotated. Everything was fine. Took my car in Friday to get my tires rotated . I noticed I was missing a valve stem cap off one of my tires. Then, as I was driving, something seem to be off . The car is Pulling to the right . I never had issues before this particular tire rotation appointment. I proceeded to call and ask in which direction they rotated my tires. They referred me to purchase an alignment. and told me that I needed to have an alignment done. Instead of offering for me to bring the car back in to see if the tires were rotated properly .Nina said I needed an alignment and kept giving me price quotes to get an alignment done. Nina kept cutting me off as I was talking. She keep trying to talk over me.and not let me explain the problem. I will no longer be purchasing tires or rotations or oil changes or any car repair done with Firestone . Poor service and poor customer service .

Talk about crap customer service. That's when we found family run A&A Tire, a few miles away. They were also booked all day but they actually understand customers who are in need and stranded. A&A told us to have the dealer inflate the tire and drive right over. They sent a mechanic to a tire distributor just in case the tire was ruined. They fit us in, replaced the tire, and actually charged 100.00 less for the tire than the Mercedes dealer told us the new tire would cost. Great shop, extremely nice people.
