They put my spare on and told me they would pay for fixing the tire and to get it fixed and bring back the bill and they would take care of it. I brought back the bill and the manager contacted me and asked if I would be o.k. getting just half of the bill reimbursed. I told her no since it was their employee that broke is so they I expect them paying the whole bill. She then said that they have to open an investigation. This happened at the end of April and I have yet to hear back from her. I am beyond angry about this. I know the young man who broke it was sorry about it but sorry doesn't pay me my money back. We were called by the customer, Emily Hurst to tow her vehicle from the parking lot at Firestone to the overhead door or service entrance at Firestone. We dropped the vehicle at Firestone and the technician ran the car into the hoist and knocked off the mirror. The manager and a technician were very apologetic to the driver and the driver took photographs and videos and called Emily hurst the owner of the vehicle and told her what happened. Firestone employees said they would take care of it our driver left. After a few days, we get a call from Agero Swoop telling us that they're going to charge us back.$1,066.22. Agero claims representative (Daniel Munoz) automatically assumed we were responsible, even though we had all the pertinent information and photos. Upon several calls and no responses from vehicle owner, Emily hurst, agero's Daniel Munoz and now new service manager at the Firestone. No one will reply. Vehicle Owner, Emily, hurst Firestone and Agero Daniel Muniz scammed us. All we were doing, was trying to do the right thing. Beware of these people they take no responsibility for their actions.

Was told each time they would call me back but they never did. This went on for several days. The parking lot is very difficult to navigate. Looks a lot more like a salvage yard than a repair shop. First impression is horrible. Owner was beyond unprofessional and rude at time of pickup. Quite honestly have not had that bad of an experience in a long time regardless of establishment. Place seems to lack any sense of organization or ethics. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
