It is currently under new ownership and am happy to say it is the same great service I have always gotten. I initially brought my car in for a timing belt replacement and alignment. After bringing in my car they called and confirmed that the timing belt should be replaced and also let me know the alignment was good but may need to be serviced later on. I had asked if they would also do a fluid flush on my transmission as it hadn't been changed since it come from the dealership (~190,000 Miles) and was going to do it myself but decided I would leave it to the professionals since I was already taking my car in. My car is running like new again and couldn't be happier. As mentioned, I won't hesitate to return for any future service my car needs!

I had my truck towed to Muskego Automotive as they had fixed my brake lines in April 2017, I assumed was a similar problem. I received a call later on, that it in fact, it was the right rear caliper that had leaked or broke or whatever. This was to be free of charge to fix, great. Well not really, they took it upon themselves to "inspect" and take apart my front brakes and left rear brakes when not asked to do so. Quoting me a cost of $770 to replace rotors and pads on all. When I said I would rather not replace all of that at this point, I was told he wouldn't put it together and HE felt it needed to be done, pretty much FORCED work I did not want done to pad his pocket. Then the next day I receive a call that they had an "incidental" finding and had to replace yet another part, that of course was replaced with out calling me first. Now my bill is up to $1000.04. Really??? I am a single mom paying for my daughter's college, just replaced a furance, need to replace a sewage pipe, have numerous other expenses I am paying and a hefty mortgage on top of that. I was forced to replace all rotors and pads and a 2nd caliper when all I wanted was the right rear brake issue fixed. I feel he forced services I didn't ask for nor could afford to pad his pocket, not ok at all, leaves me paying other things late and not at all happy.... oh, and to top it off we go to pick it up and magically it would be $900.00 if I would pay in cash.... I did feel he felt he could take advantage of my being a female. VERY SHADY in my opinion.

We had previously taken it to a dealership to be worked on since they are supposed to cover and repair these types of things... but they completely messed it up TWICE. Not naming names.. *cough AllStar Honda cough*.. Decided enough was enough and took it to REIS to see if they could help us. They were so willing to take a look and try to fix the other guys problem. They were open and honest with us from the beginning about what it might be and what they would be able to do to help us out. They called us back letting us know that they took a look and were able to find the faulty repair job from before and gave us a way to fix it. Unfortunately, the issue required a specific part that needed to be fixed directly at a dealership, so they couldn't help us right away. They laid out exactly what the problem was and how to repair it, and guys, they didn't charge us AT ALL. These guys look at our car for hours to find the solution and didn't charge us because they couldn't fix it. I have never felt so comfortable with a repair shop as I did with them. They claim they are just there to help and be real with us, and they completely delivered. As a person who knows nothing about cars, it's so comforting knowing that I have found a place that will truly help me instead of scamming me.

I Brought my ford explorer here last September for an oil change, tire rotation, and had my cabin…read moreair filter replaced only to find out the next day that when I went to go open my glove box, they had broken the plastic tabs that the glove box swivels on. When I called to inquire about it, he was trying to say that the technician didn't notice anything broken when that's 100% false because this glove box had not been opened since I purchased the vehicle and even if it was broken and then to not say anything about it, I think is ridiculous. 100% was not broken prior to having that cabin air filter serviced and slamming it shut and having it precariously hang until I'm driving and all of a sudden its falling because I see that the plastic tabs were broken which help it seat into the slots properly for closing as opining. So now it's a matter of driving over bumps whether it'll fall onto the floor or not because of this being damaged. Incredibly infuriating, so over the past year tried reaching out four different times and he tried telling me that the technician did not break it and essentially wasn't gonna do anything about it so I don't recommend going there. My glove box 100% wasn't broken prior to going there. Then slammed shut only held up by the latch at the top. When my glove box gets replaced this review will be updated. Google, trip advisor, yelp and other platforms are next if it's not replaced. Brand new this Glove box with black wooden trim is $350+ dollars. When this gets fixed, when/if I'll update accordingly. *2015 Ford Explorer Limited, Black interior with Black Wood Grain along interior. So when you get a replacement ordered the correct one is exact.

We discovered however, this tough to obtain part (for a 2006 model) could cost me $1000 to $1200 with labor. The dealership and independent repair shop suggested that I contact Wisconsin Muffler. They both evidently refer customers to WM at times because Wisconsin Muffler has the specialized equipment to make certain tricky repairs & where a dealership would otherwise have to replace this particular assembly. Wisconsin Muffler didn't disappoint, OMG!! I dropped off the car that evening and received a call from WM by 10am the next day to tell me the repair would cost me $105 (plus a whopping $6 tax). The car was done by early afternoon & now sounds like new. This place is the best - saved me a ton of $$$ !!!
