They have great pricing and always can fit me in on short notice. We have taken three different vehicles here. Sure the guys at the front desk can be short. If you want the full customer service experience go pay 50-100% more at a dealership. My only negative remark is sometimes it takes them a bit longer than stated for repairs. I try to drop our stuff off early in the day and pick it up end of day to avoid problems.

Ny last trip they replaced my front rotors which I thought would be expensive. When I got the bill I found they covered the rotors and installation under warranty without even talking to me about it. On another occasion I had a loud rattle only when the car was cold and they found the problem that only required bending a metal bracket near the tailpipe. Very inexpensive fix and the noise has never come back. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I found Rick's Car Care on Yelp and saw they were listed as open until noon. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were actually closed on Saturdays. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. I got an oil change and they diagnosed several other issues with the car. I chose to not pursue the work right away but mentioned that my tires weren't holding air. Every conversation I had with multiple employees was professional but friendly. That's literally the point of rotating your tires to try to maximize their life and get them to wear more evenly. The tires were well under the 70,000 mile mark and that was dismissed too as being "mechanical wear" so it wasn't covered. Duh. All tire wear is mechanical. So no tire rotation and no warranty coverage. I've bought several sets of tires here and always had a good experience until I actually needed some service, then I just got a smiley refusal. Done with Discount Tire. Might as well just buy the cheapest price from any installer if there's no service after the sale.
