In response to the business owner's response below: I believe the review is very detailed and provides all the info for you to make improvements. I don't feel comfortable calling and randomly asking to speak to a manager who probably has no idea I'm calling and may well be the person who gave me wrong info on the $25 off special. If you have read the review and have specific questions, please state them and give me a number and a name I can contact. **THEY DO NOT TOP OFF COOLANTS FOR HYBRID CARS. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY DID THOUGH** I had originally written the review as below and would have given them 5 stars. But over the weekend, things changed. After returning home, I took a look at under the hood to change the air filter and noticed that they had not topped off the coolant as they said they did. They told me this was done, and they even printed it out on the receipt, so I had assumed they did. I also saw them topping off some fluid, but now I am guessing it was the windshield fluid, but my coolant level was low. I brought the car back on Monday and told them that the coolant wasn't topped off. The guy I spoke with was very professional and apologetic and was immediately getting my car ready to get the coolant topped off. But then, right after writing on the windshield that I needed the coolant topped off, he looked at the car and asked me whether the car was a hybrid. Apparently, they don't top off coolants for hybrid cars. He apologized and told me that they just don't have the right coolant for hybrid cars, and so I would have to bring it to my dealer to get that done. This would not have been a problem if I was told at the onset. However, at the time of my visit, I was explicitly told that the coolant was topped off and it was so written in my invoice. Had I not looked under the hood, I would never have known, and it would have been a potential hazard, since I would have firmly believed that my car was well maintained. As it is, the coolant level is on the low marker, and they should have notified me of this, not lie and say they topped everything off. My number one concern when looking for car mechanics is trustworthiness. We have all heard about the scammers and the guys who will try to make dirty money, especially from girls who don't look like they know cars. I am high culprit. With what happened, I am now worried that they did not put proper synthetic engine oil. I just don't have any way of checking and my faith in them is shattered. I will not be going back here. ======================== Easy oil change, and takes about 20 minutes, minus wait time if there are cars in front of you. As you pull in, they have me a bottle of cold water and greeted me friendly. Once you pull in, they also go over the services they provide. I had called earlier to ask for their oil change prices and the girl who I had talked to told me that there was a promotion this month for $25 off of any oil change. I even had her name down but when I told the guys at the shop, they said she doesn't work here and seem to have no idea what promotion I was talking about. Thankfully, I did have a coupon that a friend had given me so I ended up using that, but if I hadn't, it would've been hard to back out of the service at this point. Before you are able to see the prices and the service options, they will write with a red marker on your windshield and they will not erase it until after service is done, so once you pull in, it is very difficult to get out of service. Thankfully, everything went well and I was able to get the oil changed in the amount I was expecting to. Refer to the price list in my photos. I asked what the difference was between the advanced full synthetic and the premium, and they told me that they were both synthetic, but that the advanced had some additives in it, but he didn't explain exactly what that was. I paid for an oil change of full synthetic high mileage oil. I check my oil a couple days later and it's very dark and the level is low. I think it's odd but figure it may be an error of my measuring. A few weeks later I check again and it's straight empty and black. The sticker they put on my windshield says to get the oil changed 3 months from the date they rendered services. Stay away from this place if you actually want your oil changed and care about your vehicle! They are scamming customers! read more

These guys were all super professional. Were relatively efficient. Once they began with my car it was like clockwork. Showed me air filters to see if I wanted them changed; surprisingly unpushy about selling them to me though. Seems expensive, but probably isn't--inflation probably just made oil changes suddenly seem like a lot of $$. read more

If you need an oil change, go anywhere but here unless you want to be cursed at and called stupid by the workers when you don't want a new air filter. Yelling, "These fucking people don't know shit and I'm tired of it." is bad for business, and if I could leave zero stars I would. read more

When I drove in I was greeted with a bottle of water. Pulled in right away, had to wait a little min to get started but it was all good. Darius, Martez, & King did a really good job working together and getting me out of there as soon as they could. read more

First I'd like to say my service was excellent and professional. I felt comfortable with bringing in a new 2023 truck. I did notice a pretty good leak after the oil change. I went back after noticing leaks on my driveway. When I went back TEZ who was my contact took me in immediately and checked for leaks and tightened everything. Unfortunately the leak came back after three months. I returned again, explain to him how disappointed I was especially that my driveway has a lot of oil spots and he gave me a complete new oil change, and he chalked it up to a bad filter gasket. I'm giving him a five star review because he deserves it for handling this professionally TEZ should be recognized for this good service. It's hard to find good employees. I waited 25 minutes with one car in front of me. The commercial says oil change in 10 minutes. Obviously that's not true. I've been here before but never waited this long. I don't know if they're short staffed or what but this is ridiculous. I should get a discount for waiting now 30 minutes. I probably won't come here ever again. I think they used to be the old fast track .... They had better service and better prices. I'm actually sitting in line right now I'm gonna bring this to the to end. Take 5 took 60. Disorganized, didn't finish all steps on my car (tire pressure, cabin air filter). Staff was surly. Had switched here from the Valvoline farther north on Port Washington Rd. Look somewhere else for a better experience. read more

I had an oil change there last week. Very professional and courteous gentlemen. This review is NOT about them. 4 days later my check engine light came on. Like anyone else I took it to the shop. The shop charged me $110 to tell me the reason my light came on was the oil cap was not properly put back on. I asked for my $110 to be reimbursed, their mistake, and was denied. I'm not mad they made a mistake. People make mistakes everyday. I'm mad they refuse to remedy the issue professionally and appropriately. Will NEVER go back read more

Was greeted and offered a water the second I pulled up, asked to pull into the garage, and they got to work right away. Guys were very polite . After waiting about 30min, I was finally in the shop to be getting oil change. The person who was responsible with my car was very good and polite, professional. I have been offered to change air filter too. Only complaint that I got is their prices. Very high . Actually I found out later on, it was more then dealer price. This Fast Track is close to work and I take my car here for oil changes on my lunch break, when needed. The guys are always friendly and they can get me out in about 20 minutes or so. They have a couple different tiers of oil change service and I always get the one where they vacuum, wash windows, fill up tires and all other fluids, as well as change the oil. If any of the fluids run low before your next oil change, they'll top them off for free (but I've never needed to take advantage of that). They seem to offer a coupon every other time I visit. I wish they'd stop asking me every time if I want my air filter replaced for $30 but other than that, it's good. read more

Slowest oil change place ever. I always go to Take 5 for oil changes, but this location is terrible. There was one car in front of me and I was there for a little over 45 minutes. The employees move so slowly and have no sense of urgency at all. They were all very friendly but make sure you give yourself at least an hour if you come to this location. It's sad because the other locations you're in and out in less then 15 minutes, but I will definitely never be coming back to this location. read more

Been here several times over the last year or so, mostly for oil changes but just had my state-required exhaust test done here as well. Thursday afternoon, I got my last oil change done at Fast Track. Today is Saturday. When I opened up my loose change compartment to charge my phone (the cigarette lighter is next to the change compartment, both hidden with a push-and-release "door"), all my change was gone. My son was with me so I asked him, "Did you take all the change?" No. I texted my wife, "Did you take all the change from my car?" No. Between Thursday and today, my car has been locked in my garage most of the time. I drove my children to tennis camp on Friday, stopped at the tennis shop and played tennis Friday evening and Saturday morning. The car has always been locked and within view at every stop. I've had to think hard about where I've driven and when I might have left my car unlocked and unattended. The answer is never. You can draw your own conclusions. The only time someone has been inside my car unattended was during the Thursday oil change at Fast Track. I've looked around my car and through all the different compartments. I've been driving long distance a lot lately so I had two bottles of 5-Hour Energy in the driver side door compartment. One was half empty and one was completely full and unopened. The full one is missing. I can't be sure what else was taken from my car. I've lost complete trust in this business and the people who work there. The change (probably around $3 in quarters to pay for parking when I take my son to guitar lessons on Oakland) and the energy drink amount to very a small loss but the mistrust is great. I would not bring my cars here again and I would not recommend anyone else do so either. The competitor up the street where you just sit in your car and they do the oil change is where I will return. read more

Good and fast service, competitively priced, for an oil change. If you ask, they'll do a no-frills oil change for $25. In and out in less than 10 minutes! My wife took my car there for an emissions test and an oil change. A week later, my check oil light came on for the first time ever. I took it back right away and they pointed out an oil leak at the oil pressure sensor. They claimed that they never touched the oil sensor and the fact that I had my first oil leak ever in the car immediately after an oil change was just a coincidence. I took it to another shop for the repair and it turns out that the low oil level damaged another part as well. $450 later, I am back to where I was immediately before I went to Fast Track. Is it possible that the oil sensor cracked during the week after the oil change? Sure. Is it likely? No way. Buyer beware. read more

I stopped by this past week for an oil change. Was offered a cold bottle of water as I waited for a spot to open up. Greeted by all three technicians, and was able to get in less than 10 minutes. The technician who worked with me could not have been nicer or explained my options more clearly. The oil change went smoothly, my windows were washed, and I paid - all without leaving my car. Horribly incompetent. Tire sidewall pressure says 50psi, they released air from all 4 tires and set to 30psi. Filled my windshield wiper fluid with water. I waited while on the clock employees tooled on their own car. Car behind me so I was trapped. Greasy hand prints all over the finish of my freshly washed car as well as on the dashboard and seats. Last year i used this place to change my oil in my car Three times. the first two visits the manger walked up to me saying that if i pay for a certian oil xhange he Would give me a better deal off tha books . Even tho I thought he was cheating his employer and pocketing A few dollars. Next time i come back i started thinking how do i know he not also cheating me... so long story short i told him to jus put the oil n my car that i pay for so these guys get upset with me decided to not put and oil in my car . This review is for the {4296 S 27th St Milwaukee, WI 53221}-FAST TRACK . I have been going to this location for longtime now. But this last time I met a lady there and I think she is a new hire or came from a different location. Very rude, don't know how to treat customers, nasty attitude, very unacceptable job. The worst part is that, the guys working with her that has known me for a long time also seems to go with the flow. My oil filter was not put on well and my oil was below gauge. I am definitely not going back there and I will advise you to try another Fast Track location if you are addicted to them. I don't use coupon I pay for my service and expect the best service.I also want to be treated like a customer. I'm sure this new lady working there will scare away all there customers. Very slow service. Some of the Staff were a bit rude. When I pulled up and waited to see what bay to go to, attendant just yelled asking what I wanted and yelled what bay to go to. Just made a quick trip here for my license renewal emissions test, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. They were friendly, and you can also go ahead and pay your renewal fee here and pick up your sticker. There is obviously a fee to pay your bill here, but I was ok with it. The whole hassle of paying it online or mailing it in and then waiting for the sticker seemed a whole lot more of a headache than just paying it here and having then put the sticker on. Not only that, he even removed my old stickers that were piling on my plates. I'm definitely sold on their service. And I just might take them up on their coupon offer for my next oil change. read more

It was 3p and they were technically closed, however I was told to come back and they would fix it. turns out the hose for the air filter wasn't connected properly. I recently had my oil changed here. Soon after, I noticed an oil leak. When I took to a mechanic to have the leak repaired, he informed me that it was because the drain plug was not tightened correctly from the last time I had an oil change. Turned into a very expensive oil change! read more

Went here for an oil change. The only good thing I can say is that I was in and out quickly. Beyond that, they charged $50 for a fairly basic oil change and didn't even put in a new filter. The filter is a basic component for an oil change and if you're going to charge $50 you need to at least put a filter in. read more

Terrible Service. Not trustworthy. Ruined my oilpan by overtightening the drain plug. $450 in damages that i had to get fixed elsewhere (by the best, most trustworthy guy around at Habheggers) . . and since they let me leave with oil dripping all over, lucky it wasn't $X,000 to replace the motor. They wouldn't own up to the problem - particularly Jim Weis, who's argument made no llogical sense. They are overpriced, underskilled and full of hot air. Will never go there again. read more

they ruined my damn car! got an oil change june 9th 2017 they didnt properly put the drain plug on correct and it went missing my car oil leaked out in one big puddle on the highway had to have my car towed to chevrolet they went to chevrolet put 4qts of oil in and a new plug and left. told me they would not cover rental fees and that my car is driveable. chevrolet informed me i need engine replacement and its not good to drive. im not without a car currently and they're refusing to fix the problem they caused! horrible horrible horrible i will be filing a lawsuit read more
