Right when they opened at 7:00 am Jared R got the process going and Roger B had my new tire ready super fast, we were back on the road around 7:25! Me and my family are so appreciative of Jared/Roger and the team for taking care of us so quickly, especially since I could tell they were already in for a busy Saturday with the amount of customers already showing up.

We dropped it off at 4:10 and left to run a few errands, I called at 5:05 and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. They haven't even started on it because they couldn't find the key for the lugnuts and bolts on the tire. They waited 55 minutes doing nothing on the car, while the key was in the back in an obvious place where most are found. Got to walmart at 6:00 waited for a while when I saw the workers doing more work on a car that just came in than on my moms I called to check at 6:32 and they said that it would be another 15 minutes. All in all it took over 2 & a half hours and I am still waiting now at 6:43. Not a very good place to go. I spend my whole day waiting on them so my plans were ruined. They have no explanation for this either.

Was originally quoted 30 mins for tire rotation & alignment since there was nobody at the store at the time. I noticed on the tire rotation they were doing it wrong for a 4WD truck. Then the Hispanic guy starts to argue with me, meanwhile his co-worker was googling. The end result, they were wrong and had to move the tires again. Two and a half hours later, I finally leave just for the steering wheel to be crooked while driving straight. Went right back & they re aligned it. Will not return here. Place is a joke. Much better options. Will work in a pinch though.

I went the first time and we both thought we fixed the issue being my AC not working. However, a week later, the AC quit working due to a leak. I called to inquire about repairing it and was told I would have to essentially repay for the first visit over again, so I denied the services. The owner called me back personally and took accountability for their tech making the mistake of trying to repair the AC in the cold temperatures, as this was there company standard. He stated the tech was new and would be informed properly, and I didn't know this would cause the leak to be undetectable either. After revisiting the shop on a warmer day, my leak was found and the AC was fixed, so I was left only paying for the repairs, which I would have had to pay on the first visit if the leak was found. I really appreciated the owners accountability and desire to make it right and the staff for keeping me informed throughout the process, despite a small misunderstanding.

My wife wanted to do 'a little shopping' at the outlets in Calhoun so after following her around for a few minutes, I decided I'd find a place to swap out the wheels while she shopped. The guy who answered the phone told me to bring it right in and he'd charge me only $10 per wheel for the ole switcharoo. Well driving over there, I thought about the tire sensors and wondered if he'd have the ability to make the sensors in the new wheels talk to the truck. Upon arrival, I brought the tire sensors issue to his attention and he thought about it for a minute and said he'd remove the original tires from the rims, remove the sensor, then remove the new tires from the rims and give them the original sensors. I told him I understood that this would increase the price even though he didn't say it would. It was a lot of work for him, removing eight tires from rims and replacing them. When it was all said and done, he still only charged me $40. These guys really are great and I'm happy that I found them. I don't live near Calhoun but I definitely recommend you check them out if you live in the area and need some type of work done. I believe they do more than just tires. There's no waiting room and the work is done outside but this all makes for a great value.
