When I questioned him re: price of filter, he said that it was necessary. I checked somewhere else and that was not the case. I'm disappointed in this gauging and greed. We then called Midas on Hespeler in Cambridge, they were able to take us in right away, even though they were also busy. They were able to order a new tire have it delivered and put onto our car within 1 hour and a half!! They are friendly, accommodating and have incredible customer service. When I came back to pick up my car I was in shock at the cleanliness. I had no idea they would clean both of my car seats. They went above and beyond. They shampooed them and they look brand new even though they are both over 3 years old. My car was cleaned very professionally. Very kind workers and great customer service.
