Back in November, 2025 we brought our car in for a cata converter replacement, we had the converter ordered in advance and during the times we had the quote generated which was $1,500+ we were given verbal promises that the car would be done same day. First day? It was not completed the same day as promised. They then said they would have the car fixed by lunch time at the latest TOMORROW, tomorrow lunch comes around? Still not done. 3rd day we got law enforcement involved to get a proper update/record as we did not have a spare vehicle to get back and forth to work and were getting fed up with the excuses, this is when Mr Gibson himself showed his ugly side and began his verbal assault towards us mocking us in front of his entire team and had embarrassingly brought us to the wrong vehicle in the bay that wasn't even ours while screaming at us. It took 3 full days and a little extra time as they stayed after close to get the vehicle done before we could finally leave their shop. They had 1 single mechanic working on the vehicle for the first 2 days and only on the 3rd day realized they needed to put more hands on the job. We were suppose to have another service order for an oil housing unit repair on our vehicle but we will not be coming back as its clear Mr Gibson and his crew are just not the right fit for us after speaking to them again today. Overall horrible experience, rude, snotty attitude from the front office ladies, and even ruder unruly behavior from the guys behind the ladies.

When confronting the store manager about this, he said they can sell 9 year old tires as new and they even still have some tires from 2001 in store. The store refused a refund or to reduce the price. If you are looking for a mechanic, avoid this one at all cost!!…read more I had appointment with HTek in February 2026 for a regular oil change and to get my AC cabin filter changed. The mechanic recommended an upsell for a $250.72 Air conditioning Test (which showed no leaks), $63.14 for the Cabin Filter Service, and $206.93 for the Premium Cooling System Service. My mileage was at 74490. Since I have used them in previous years, I decided to trust them. Fast forward, and I try using my AC only to find that the first three settings on my fan no longer work. Zero air comes out on setting 1, 2, and 3. It will only emit air when on the highest setting. Prior to this "service," my fan worked perfectly. I tried submitting a contact form about this, but did not receive a response. I scheduled an appointment today with them to check the fan to see if something was just not put back correctly, and low and behold there is suddenly a leak that will cost an addition $980 just for the parts! Even though I have driven my car less than 1000 miles (my current mileage is 75241) since the appointment. They didn't even look at my fan, even though that was what I brought my car in for. Edit: I had another local mechanic take a look at my car. They confirmed that there was NO leak and replaced the fan on my car for $182 total. HTek is a total joke - save your money and go somewhere else instead!
