The process started with conflicting information: I was told I ordered the wrong tires, then that the correct tires hadn't been delivered yet. Once the tires were finally delivered and installed, I returned the next day to find one tire was flat. When I called, I was told to bring the wheel in so they could check for a puncture, which seemed reasonable. At the shop, I was informed they couldn't pull up the previous work in the system and were to check if I had run over a nail or screw. Within about 10 minutes, I was told the rim was cracked and that it probably existed before the service, and that I'd need a new rim. This was surprising because: - The rim did not leak before the tire installation. - The new tire had no damage when I found it flat. - The rim and tire were inspected at the time of installation, so I question how the rim could crack or be damaged during service without an immediate failure or noticeable damage on the new tire. The final outcome was insufficient: I was told they do not repair rims and there was no clear explanation, accountability, or resolution offered. The communication throughout this process was inconsistent, and I did not receive a concrete plan to move forward or a satisfactory remedy. Ridiculous

The dash would have to be removed, a dealer cost would be $2,000 and this business wouldn't touch it. I was able to purchase the part from a company in California as refurbished with a 1year warranty. No I did NOT remove the dash and No I did NOT pay $2000 for the part. Entire bill including S&H =$150.00 and a friend installed it. It is obvious this business had no interest in helping me with my older model car repair.

On top of that, what used to be a roughly 40 dollar service cost me 91, even after a 15 dollar discount for making me wait. There's no longer any advantage to coming here versus a quick service that's actually cheaper at this point. I will no longer be bringing either of my cars here.

Had the dealership replace the pump for a verbal quote of just under 400 dollars. When finished, the cost was 845.00 ! No problems elsewhere, just a simple water pump replacement any new mechanic could replace in less than a half hour. When questioned, the estimator somehow lost the estimate paperwork and the team stood by the price and wouldn't release the car until the bill was paid. The environment went hot and I ended up paying the price; vowing to do the best thing they need; spread the word to the public at every turn. Oddly, the dealership sold ; renaming the place from the "Courtesy" to the new "Champion." Same staff, different spots on the dog. Avoid this place like the plague. And, I'm surprised the place is still in business !

I dropped the car off today without an appointment, and the car was on a lift within 30 minutes. Jeff explained that the aftermarket exhaust was bolted on rather than welded on. almost before I had time to realize what he had said, Jeff welded my exhaust before my very eyes (I didn't stare at the weld. lol) All said and done, my issue was fixed within an hour. I probably shouldn't mention dollar figures, but the price was a fraction of a typical trip to the grocery store.

They put on a performance muffler with one inlet and two outlets for the tail pipes with chrome tips. Looks good. I like that they weld the pipes instead of using clamps. I went back and had them put a resonator on because of the drone noise inside the cab. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable also. I would recommend Jeff's Pipe and Muffler.
