The Gloversville location is always great. I go there regularly for maintenance, tire swaps,…read moreinspections, and brakes. Oil changes and small jobs are first come, first serve, so be ready to wait if there are a lot of cars or people in the waiting room. Other services like tires and brakes are by appointment only. If there are only 2-3 people ahead of you, you'll be in and out in 30-40 minutes. I've even been done in under 15 minutes when it's slow. I recommend going in the early afternoon, mid-week, or arriving 15 minutes before they open since the line can get long. Matt is always great and honest. I've gone in a few times thinking I knew what the problem was, only to find out I was wrong, and the fix was simple. They could have easily upsold me, but they didn't, and I really appreciate that. I'm sad to see some of these reviews as I've never had a single issue. I probably go 5-6 times a year since I started driving in 2017. They must be reviews of the Amsterdam one but I've never been so I cant speak to it.

I will say that the customer service at Lussier's is unmatched. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. Customer Care was great, she listened, delivered a well mannered apology on behalf of the dealership, and went to the sales manager to see if there was a deal to be made. The sales manager was unwilling to move off sticker, despite the fact that k was outright insulted by his salesman. The third experience is where things picked up. The GM stepped in and cut the price to an appt level. After some haggling we agreed to meet on a deal, an when time came to deal everything was as advertised. It took entirely too long to get there and some of the worst sales tactics I've ever seen, but I signed on the car at a decent price. Could be so much better but at least they came to the table and acted fair in the end.
