I took my family out for ice cream on national ice cream day and received such disrespect at the hands of a Stewart's employee. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I truly would! He was buying alcohol and ice cream so i had to carry everything because he physically can not carry anything with that kind of weight. She then went on to say that she can not sell him the alcohol because it is against their policy for me to help my dad carry it out??? I'm not the one they were for. While traveling to Utica we needed to fuel up so we stopped off at this Valero station after seeing…read morethe gas price. When we pulled in we quickly realized that the price shown on the sign is cash only. The pumps here were slow, the staff here was lackluster and the customers here were annoying. Overall, this station wasn't a good choice and in the future we know to head to the Mobil up the road. The only perk about this station is that it has a Dunkin' Donuts, a decent gas station as well as a well stocked convenience store.
