Fran and his staff are approachable and good natured, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. We have definitely thrown some interesting issues at them in the past, and will continue to bring them all of our business (including my inspection... I'll be down in an hour, Fran!)! I especially appreciate that I never feel looked down on for being a woman in a service station, a reaction i think many women can relate to. There are so few reviews for them here on yelp, which is surprising considering that I have NEVER driven by their garage on a weekday without seeing their lot packed with vehicles.
