I have been taking my cars here for over a decade and I have never once been disappointed. Most recently, my check engine, abs, hill assit, and traction control lights lit up. I also noticed pooling water under the passenger side seats. I thought these were two separate problems. I called Kristin and she got my car in the next day - literally the hottest day of the year - and John pulled the carpets out to find a misplaced hose caused water damage to all the electrical components on the passenger side, causing the lights to go off on the dash. I even got pictures so that I could understand the problem. The part I need is on backorder through August and Kristin was able to find a used part locally (which also saved me almost $700). I have to leave the state on Sunday and they are working their hardest to get my car back to me so I don't have to pay to rent a car to sit at the airport. Everyone at All Tech goes above and beyond. This was standard preventive maintenance that came due by the car's mileage trigger. I used to go to the Dealer for this work, but the All Tech quote was a much better deal - and I don't need that (free?) car wash! The work was professional and I have zero complaints. My Acura needed a fuel tank replaced which I purchased with a fuel pump on line. They installed them and found fuel lines which were rotted out. They notified me of the additional parts and found one for me. What I really noticed was they treat a $1000 car like a new one. I recommend this shop to anyone, and I'm a hard sell. read more

I would give them 10 stars if I could. How many owners would drive 1.3 miles in their own car to help you when your exhaust falls off.
