Our carwash in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is undergoing a remodel with new equipment. We were told that one tunnel would always be open, but that isn't the case. Both tunnels are closed. The manager has no sign reflecting what is going on so most customers don't know and just drive into the carwash where someone tells them the car wash is closed. Other customers are upset with it being closed, bit the lack of a simple sign that says something like most other establishments would have like, " Please excuse our mess, we are remodeling to serve you better. Our vacuumscare still open for your use" Manager certainly needs better customer service skills like his former assistant Laura has!!! Still waiting for a refund since December for membership that was never used. Left several messages at the customer service portal. Personally spoke to the manager and assistant manager. Both of which told me how this company fails at customer service. These employees are very dissatisfied with working for this company. Very poor pay and no benefits seem to be the key issues. DO NOT COME HERE! While waiting in line for a car wash tonight, an employee was extremely rude to my wife. The employee attempted to wave her forward, but failed to see that there was barely a foot of room between her and the next vehicle. Instead of acknowledging this mistake, he decided to say (loudly enough for my wife to hear it inside her vehicle with all windows closed) "I've been doing this for 5 years, I think I know what I'm doing!". This particular location is a mess. Prior ownership was fantastic for 20+ years. The new take five has vacuum hoses that are broken, not working at all or clogged. No way to wash car mats. I recently experienced moving my car three times just to find a vacuum, that would work finally decided to leave and ask for a refund and got an attitude for from the manager. He was more interested in defending the reasons why it's really not operable 100%. He said he refunded my credit card, never actually received. While attempting the refund, he seemed unable to do so. Handed me back my card and stated he would take care of it . Not the case. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of good car washes around that are full service.... Value is unmatched, you can literally go as many times as you want every month. They provide cleaning cloths and spray for inside your car. I do wish they had a car mat cleaner still, but it's still the best deal around. Hours are good too. read more

I would give this company a zero for customer satisfaction. I was at the SLC 705 E 3300 S location when the front roller brush scratched my new car. I notified the associate. She took pictures and said the manage would be contacting me. She gave me his name Chance and phone number and the company phone number. I have called over ten time with no answer I went to the website to fill out the damage form and it said to resubmit. Ive tried three times now with no luck. I really recommend to avoid this company so this dosen't happen to you!!!! I wish I would of read some of there reviews before buying a membership. read more

I went to the car wash on 64th and Sheridan pay $26 for my truck to get washed paint. Still had dirt marks under carriage was still full of rocks dirtfrom the last snow storm. And also the wheels and tires were not cleaned. read more

Great bang for your buck compared to the other car wash around the area. They do have a lot of parking after you get your car washed so you can clean the interior of your vehicle. The vacuums are strong enough to pickup interior dirt. Four star because of the inconsistency. Sometimes they prewash your vehicle with their brush and sometimes they don't. I always get the same option when going through with my vehicles. The down side right now is that on the way back to the base, there is a lot of dirt on the road so after your car wash. Your vehicle will immediately get dirty but it's not their fault. The four star is not because of this. read more

I'm actually pretty impressed with this car wash location. It does get filled on Saturdays and Sundays but if you buy the monthly car wash passes you just fly by everyone else getting 1 single car wash. I have the Polymer Pro and have a big truck on 35s. The tires fit perfectly on the track and as long as I fold my mirrors I have no issues at all. The mat machine that they have takes mud mats and does a really good job cleaning them. read more

I come here a lot for a quick car wash. It does a good job on the exterior of the vehicle, and the vacuums are usually in good working order. It can be extremely busy, so you have to choose your times wisely. There is often a guy (who is nice enough - no comment on that) who is looking to fix your windshield. Personally I'd rather seek someone out for windshield repairs than have someone come stare at my windshield and then try to sell something. Biggest issue I have is that FAR too often you pay for a polymer pro and the person running the wash puts it in as super or basic. read more

Really like this place but the recent hours cutbacks are really an issue for convenience. Car washes can't always be done during regular business hours when people have day jobs. And if it wasn't already packed enough on weekends, this just makes it worse. Maybe they can't support the unlimited package anymore and they cut hours to make it more difficult for people to use it?? Not sure but I'm sure we will get the COVID or stimulus response to this review at a minimum... Fix the hours and we can overlook the aggressive machinery that bumps your mirror in every time, the fact that it doesn't clean the back of your SUV very well and the water spots.... This is an Update to my previous review, long overdue. The manager at this place gave me one free year of "protectant" carwashes. To make up for the damage they did to my tint. It ended up being of equivalent value. This time they placed a sticker on the outside of my car. I'm very happy and grateful that he did this for me. Thank you!! read more

I was visiting my friend in Colorado and we went through this car wash and I have to say that for a drive-through car wash they do great job...she has a high end luxury SUV and spends a lot of time going up and down the mountains. So she's really particular about the carwashes that she goes to. I was very impressed with their technique. They take a brush and a scrub the front and the back of your car to make sure that the bugs are off of the windows and the grill. Then we go through the drive-through car wash. Usually when I go to the drive-through car wash I have to pull over and dry off my car and wipe off things that didn't come off. I'm not sure which products that they use but they work really well and her car came out squeaky clean! No pulling over to dry off they have high powered dryers that work excellent. And the thing that impressed me the absolute most is that for $35 a month you can have unlimited carwashes and you go through your own little express lane what a great deal! You gotta a love that! I wish they had a carwash like this in Los Angeles! read more

A good car wash but always have the same problem. I buy the 4 ultimates car wash card and I never get any tire dressing on my tires. I washed three cars last week and no dressing at all. To me they should either get a system that works or have a crew member hand dress the tires at the end. Like many auto car washes it won't get the front, back or running boards of your car clean. The guys that direct you in could hit those areas but only do windshields from my experience. Maybe the general manager will respond with his/her thoughts. As you can see from the pictures there was tire dressing on one side and not at all on the other. My 3rd wash was on the side with dressing and still came out dry. Why pay for an ultimate wash when it's incomplete? See the pictures attached. This is my 2nd review with the same issue. read more

Honestly you get zero stars but that's not an option. Do not get a membership here at this place. It's a scam. The membership automatically renews, which no one said, but it did on the waiver I signed. I was MORE THAN understanding about me not reading that part. But after I canceled the membership. In late March. I blocked 3 payments from April and May and confirmed a second time in late April that my membership was "cancelled" they assured me it was. Well not even a month later they tried to charge me once unsuccessfully and again successfully. Then I got hit with two overdraft fees one from bank and one from Venmo. All because someone didn't cancel my policy or a computer error. I was willing to be okay with that as long as I got all my money back. They refunded May but as for the other charges that were done from their error. I keep being told the location (Fremont) can't do anything and it's all over phones customer service. I'm waiting to hear back from them still but they say they don't think there's anything they can do. So apparently they can keep charging your accounts and rack it up to "errors" or "glitches" as long as they get another 33.90 out of you. And even if you come IN PERSON to cancel our membership, they don't have to honor that. And won't take any responsibility for any inconvenience they cause. read more

It is hard to fine a good car wash that will wash your car completely --- but this place does it. Plus they have vacuums and floor mat washing machines. If you think you will be back again --- I recommend purchasing a 5-pack car wash. All you have to do it drive up and toss your coin in (this could mean the difference between getting a vacuum station right away or not). My only gripe is that they are bit too popular on the weekends and often times I have to wait for a vacuum station. Warning - this is not a touchless car wash -- so if you don't want the 'hula dancers' washing/touching your car then I would go somewhere else. read more

I had such a great experience today at this car wash. My car was extremely dirty so I knew it was going to be tough to get clean. I went through the wash and although much better, it still wasn't clean. I went through again and it was even better but there was a part hanging from the top of my car, the mirror was jacked and the wheels were still filthy. I asked for the attendant to come over and he was absolutely amazing. Matthew came over and explain about the strip that came out and he politely put it back. He explained how the mirror just needed to reset itself and how to do that. Then he explained and helped me with the wheels being so dirty. Matthew went above and beyond to make my experience a good one and it worked. I drove a little further to go to this car wash but it was worth the trip. He is an outstanding employee and a very kind person. read more

Just an ounce of attention would be appreciated. I've had monthly memberships for years and this place has let it slide. The one kid directing cars onto the track at 5:45 yesterday could've given 2 shits whether my vehicle was lined up or not. You don't direct a vehicle in with the motion of one finger then turn your back to finish car in front. If you want to pay for an expensive suspension when it drops on the rail then fine but otherwise pay some attention. The prewash brush is meant to be used especially at slow times. Not a single pass over windshield. The blowers rarely work well too. Years back there used to be some level of personalization. This review is long overdue as the service and quality has significantly gone downhill. At over $70 a month for 2 vehicles I expect better. read more

If you want your car up to 50% clean after you go through the wash then this is your place! It gets the gold medal for leaving my car the dirtiest after going through the wash than any other car wash! It does get one star though for lots of flashy lights as you are going through. read more

My experience had nothing to do with the vacuum's. It was specifically addressed to the car wash. I feel as if they put too many cars into the car wash at a time, and there is not enough time for the dryers to dry your car! Twice I have returned home with spots still on my car because it did not have the adequate amount of dry time. (Even driving home afterward on a warm sunny day!) read more

I have been on the yearly plan and visit this car wash multiple times a week. It does a good job on the car and love that the vacuuming is unlimited. They also have a mat washer station. Only drawback is that they force the cars so close together. The attendants aggressively wave you in when no space with the car in front of you. If anything goes wrong like let your foot of brake to soon you will hit the car in front of you. Other almost mishap was in winter when it was icy on the end of the car wash it's a downslope so you can slide right into another car. I almost rear ended a car from the ice. Other than those two small details this car wash is convenient and easy to use regularly for me. read more

Second review by me in the last 60 days. The manager was good enough to reply last time which I appreciated. My recommendation as a customer and experienced manager for 45yrs. would be this: While the $9 (basic) car wash does not include a pre-brushing of the front end, windshield or rear glass, while I was back today I noticed that the line employee did not do anything else with his "free" time when not pre-brushing the cars. If he/she is not doing anything else but wait for the next car, productivity has not increased and a nice, competitive service touch has been lost. With more and more car washes in this area, and another new one at County Line and Holly coming on-line soon, I think you would want to give people MORE reasons to choose this car wash over a competitor. It might just be something as simple as a more complete car wash in their minds. If I had an employee just standing around, not adding a benefit to my business, I would want to think about it. I am a monthly member of the car wash in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I used the car wash at about 3:30 pm on Saturday, January 23rd. It seemed to me that the cars were being put in closer than normal. I barely began the wash when I repeatedly hit the car in front of me. The response of the car wash was to watch the video and blame a grey mustang that was 5 cars ahead of me who apparently did not clear quickly enough and may not have had their car in neutral. Then they gave me the license plate of the car and left it up to each of us to figure out our damage and pursue it with the mustang owner. 5 cars ahead of me???? Is that a typical number of cars to be in the wash at once??? I am sorry I ever did business with them. I will never go through that car wash again. I assumed if someone stopped ahead of me the entire line would stop. Either because there was technology in place to do that or someone overseeing the line would stop it. I must have bumped the car in front of me 6-8 times. I began honking my horn and the line stopped and then they started it up again and I bumped the forward car a couple more times. I laid on my horn until they stopped it again. I guess I will be cancelling my membership, writing yelp reviews, and pursuing some poor confused soul ahead of me who has no idea that the car wash is going to blame them for their own inattentiveness. read more
