They went above and beyond to make it right. 2, today I was in for brakes and tires. Thought I needed pads for sure as I have 88k miles and needed rotors turned as they had warped. Now there's many service departments out there that will say you need all kinds of things repaired or replaced, but not Russell...they called to tell me all I needed was the rotors turned and that the pads still had plenty of life left...saving me about a grand. In this day and age finding a service department you can trust is HUGE. Hats off to Russell Chevrolet for getting it right!

When I picked it up I was told that the wires were ran professionally and that was a complete lie. If I would have known that the wiring would look that unprofessional I would have done it myself. In the process of them mounting the air compressor in the tool box they removed a 200 dollar drill set and placed it in the bed. They didn't put the drill back in the toolbox they just left it in the bed.

Generations Auto Glass offers excellent service at a competitive price. They only required the day…read moreprior to find the correct windshield and have it delivered for a 9:00 a.m. appointment the following day. However, it was not a Honda windshield, if name brand is important. They explained that unless the vehicle has a Heads Up Display (HUD) these less expensive windshields work just as well, to include calibrating and operating within established parameters for systems like Lane Keep Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control. Overall, the price for the installed windshield was approximately 40% less expensive than a Honda windshield quote. The staff was easy to work with and returned our calls for a quote and scheduling very quickly. The entire replacement was estimated at approximately 2 hours, and that is about how long it took. They have a small waiting area on-site. Overall, an excellent experience from the estimate, to the replacement. This is the 2nd windshield we've had replaced at Generations Auto Glass, and if we should need a repair or replacement in the future we will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. especially if you're a female…read more I went in to get a simple patch for a nail in my tire and told they were dry rotted and would not patch. ended up with four new tires and two new front CV boots. 1800 dollars later, I leave the shop and realize that my driver window button is missing from the door panel. couldn't roll my window up for over 24 hours and then I found it underneath my seat with the connectors broken. I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in

I ended up just getting a diagnostic with them and they ended up charging me less then estimated. all the employees talked to was very polite and patient. they sent way too many advertising and surveys to both my phone and email after was done with service with them. even after I left reviews and feedback, they kept sending more, feels like continuous spams
