Went back and inspected and sure enough where the old motor was there was a crack in the aluminum and the core was pretty messed up. Needles to say the boat was shot. It was a 1990 we had bought in January and never knew how bad it was. Brandon felt really bad about giving me the news, but I appreciated the honesty. With that said we decided to purchase new and Brandon took the time to get us the boat we wanted. To top it off they transferred my graphs, trolling motor, 10 gallons of fuel I just purchased, Bimini top and heading sensor. Got a great deal on the boat!!! Will did a great job explaining everything on the new boat!!! Thank You Mills for everything!!!

Not once did we feel like all we were was a boat sale to them. Carl Jr. made us feel welcome and was genuinely wanting us to be happy with our purchase, not just making a profit! Carl Jr took our boat without even looking at what was wrong with it and gave us top dollar for trade, and then some! We got such a great deal on our new Crownline! We are lifetime customers! Thank you Grace Marine for doing us right. If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Giving 1 star because he answered the phone. Took my twin-engine boat to this location with a motor…read moreissue. Motors weren't running in sync with each other. After sitting for a week (which I have no issue with) he then did a "test ride". I stopped by to get some items from my boat the following weekend to find it in an open gravel lot, uncovered and not secured at all. During a conversation with Richard (owner), he told me about how he and his wife took it for a "test ride" to the lake. Said they put it on the water early and it drew a crowd, then how a Baja wanted to race him and he beat the Baja. Apparently, another twin-engine toon tried to race him as well to no avail though, he won that race too! He then commented on how many people were drawn to my boat while he and his wife enjoyed lunch. Weird right? A test ride from early morning to include a couple of races then a lunch stop? Wow, must have been thorough! He determined it was a leaking head gasket and it should be covered under warranty. Told me about Covid and how Evinrude only has 1 employee, it will probably be weeks to hear back, etc., etc. I offered to pay for the service with the understanding that I'd be reimbursed when the warranty claim went through. When I picked the boat up I noticed a blood spot on the toon, he told me no worries that was his blood, no big deal. Then I realized why he was bleeding, he caught his arm on a burr caused by the large deep scratch in the aluminum of the outer toon. Further investigation showed that my toon and my rub rail were both badly scraped/scratched where it appears something had backed into it or it was scraped along something. He said to let him know the cost and he'll cover it. Fast forward several emails and a few month's time. I've never been reimbursed, he knows nothing of the scratches and scrapes, and my motors still don't run in sync. I'd find another dealer if I were looking.

The owner is a typical stereotype, he'll sell you what they have and try to make you happy with it, but if you want something they don't have all of a sudden it's a huge hassle and they will not help you get what you really want. There service is a complete joke and again typical, high price, won't mess with anything aftermarket, and when buying just parts they try as hard as they can to get you to bring it in so they can find other "issues" to get a few more dollars out of you.
