The owner is a typical stereotype, he'll sell you what they have and try to make you happy with it, but if you want something they don't have all of a sudden it's a huge hassle and they will not help you get what you really want. There service is a complete joke and again typical, high price, won't mess with anything aftermarket, and when buying just parts they try as hard as they can to get you to bring it in so they can find other "issues" to get a few more dollars out of you. Please never visit this dealership and never do business with them. They are absolutely terrible and if they don't have customers they will close and that would do us all a favor so something better can open.

We paid for what was completed, which wasn't much but wow did they way over charge us compared to their own estimate of $200 less than the final bill and all the work wasn't even completed. The manager has a huge ego and the owner is no help at all since the manager is his son. Avoid a headache and save your money and go anywhere else but here if you need work done on a water craft.

They realized we were a family stuck on the road. They had us bring in the trailer even though their service dept. was booked up for almost two weeks. They replaced the broken leaf springs and another one which was going to break soon. They replaced a tire that was worn from the broken leaf springs and hardware along with it. They even identified the lug nuts on the wheels were going bad. They replaced everything and had us back on the road in about three hours. They went out of their way for us. A complete five star service. Friendly staff who were more concerned for our safety on the road rather than just making a dollar. Complete thumbs up!!
