Today, Nov 28th and STILL OUTSIDE! they were short with is even threatening us saying "the more we complain the worse it will be for us". Honestly, not complaining-just wanting answers and never more disappointed in the poor level of service this place has shown. I am more than reasonable if there had been issues or even letting us know how long it would actually be to store indoors. But to be led to believe it was indoors first week of Nov, billing us when it sat outside this entire time. Good service is communication, honesty, and empathy - non shown so never returning nor recommending.

When I took my boat out of storage I found out that they did not disconnect the battery and the battery ran dead and froze so it was ruined. So I have my wife call Bluff Harbor and talk to one of the managers because I want to make sure that they did change the oil and make sure my boat was ready for the summer. Instead of having a mechanic check it out to make sure it was good and the oil was in fact changed he instead get belligerent with my wife and hangs up on her. Guess the new owners don't care about the customer. I guess I won't spend my money there anymore. That includes fuel beer Ice and odds and ends I always buy for my boat there.

Went back and inspected and sure enough where the old motor was there was a crack in the aluminum and the core was pretty messed up. Needles to say the boat was shot. It was a 1990 we had bought in January and never knew how bad it was. Brandon felt really bad about giving me the news, but I appreciated the honesty. With that said we decided to purchase new and Brandon took the time to get us the boat we wanted. To top it off they transferred my graphs, trolling motor, 10 gallons of fuel I just purchased, Bimini top and heading sensor. Got a great deal on the boat!!! The owner is a typical stereotype, he'll sell you what they have and try to make you happy with it, but if you want something they don't have all of a sudden it's a huge hassle and they will not help you get what you really want. There service is a complete joke and again typical, high price, won't mess with anything aftermarket, and when buying just parts they try as hard as they can to get you to bring it in so they can find other "issues" to get a few more dollars out of you. Please never visit this dealership and never do business with them. They are absolutely terrible and if they don't have customers they will close and that would do us all a favor so something better can open.
