The one experience that prompted me to write a review was the level of service and expertise that I received yesterday. I am looking at a starter aquarium for my kiddos and met Christina (I hope I spelled it right), the fish area manager. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable, gave me great advice on setting up my tank and what I needed. Took her time to explain everything, what a great level of customer service. She walked me through the setup and even helped me compare products to find the best ones for my needs. Christina was also a sweetheart with my kids! She made a "big store" feel like a friendly neighborhood store with her kindness and expertise. PETCO you really hit it out of the park when you hired her.
