I drove down on Wednesday and found street parking in front and just walked in with my shorts. The inside is small but clean and new. It looks like a husband a wife operation that reminds me of the old-time neighborhood tailor. I dropped off my shorts and he wrote up the receipt. They only take cash or checks and ask for payment up front. Fortunately, I had cash on me but, was short by about a dollar. He said it was okay and stamped my receipt as paid, and said I could pick it up in 2 days. I went back on Friday morning and my shorts were ready as promised. I tried to pay the rest, but he waived me off and gave me my shorts. They are prompt, do great work and are friendly and have reasonable rates. Conveniently located and will be my go-to place for any tailoring needs.

That is great customer service so I hope this was just a one off situation!** I took my husband's suit and dress shirt in for a rush order after confirming with the worker that they can do it. We paid a total of $47 due to the 50% rush fee. I deeply regret taking his suit in. The dress shirt is good so not sure what happened with the suit... please refund me for the suit and rush fee. Thank you.

I initially called for a quote and the owner said "How can I quote it when I don't know what it looks like", then hung up. I decided to still go down to get a quote - when I got there, the owner didn't look up when I asked her for a quote, she looked at the dress really fast and told me a price. Since it was a bit over what I was hoping to pay I asked her a few more questions and told her I'd think about it. She followed up with "yeah, don't come back I'm busy". I was honestly so taken aback and I noticed other reviews noting the rude service they got. I understand she is busy, but there are nicer ways to say it! It was disappointing since I've been here in the past and had a great experience. Her prices are reasonable, but service is not there at all.

When I told them I needed one of the items the following day, they said I could pick them up at 11. When I returned to pick them up, they were handed to me in a wrinkled heap. To clarify, I brought them in unwrinkled and on hangers which were not returned to me. I actually had to take one of the dresses to the dry cleaners after picking it up because it was so wrinkled. On the other dress, they didn't even bother to cut off the extra thread so there were strings hanging everywhere. I am giving this two stars only because they did complete the alterations but their service and presentation is extremely sloppy.
