I remember asking around so many different places if they can shorten the length of yoga/stretchy material pants and so many said no, and other places said they have to see the pants in person first. Some places don't even answer the phone no matter how many times you call! BUT Kailua Tailor & Alternation goes above and beyond. Anytime I call, they answer immediately. I asked if they can do the yoga pants and they said yes. I asked where they had been because I hadn't seen them last year, but they are new and opened up about a year ago. This store is exactly what we needed in Kailua. Although a bit pricy ($26 for 1 pair of pants), they have excellent customer service AND they get it done FAST. Usually at other places I think it can take a week. But this store they said it would be like 3 days. They gave me a day and said it would be ready for sure on that day. And it was! They are also very nice. I am very glad to see they are also busy. Clothings ready to be picked up on the rack. And they are still fast! Anyway, I love my 2 yoga pants now because without them I probably would've had to return them, and I didn't want to! They are the perfect length now. Thank you SO much guys!! Straight out of the bag, his suit smelled like fried food and let the pictures speak for itself. There are wrinkles and wrong creases in multiple spots. On the other dress, they didn't even bother to cut off the extra thread so there were strings hanging everywhere. I am giving this two stars only because they did complete the alterations but their service and presentation is extremely sloppy.
