He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door.
