We exchanged business cards and about a month later we had a phone issue and I called Paul to see if his team could help us. That chance meeting formed a business relationship that has been going strong almost 10 years now. When calling for service, I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy (over the phone). Kathy has been our go to in scheduling the techs for phone, VoIP, cabling, etc. She goes above and beyond in making sure our jobs are done in a timely manner. Atel now is our communications vendor for our four San Diego locations. They have come in to our company and fixed the problems left by other vendors. Their techs show the same hard work and customer service as Paul and Kathy. They are knowledgeable and they get the job done. Recently I was given the opportunity to meet the entire Atel Team and they only confirmed what I already knew..... they are an incredible company with incredible service by an incredible team! If you need communications work, call Atel!!

This service was absolutely horrible. At the first appointment they no showed with no notice. She…read morescheduled another appointment, giving them the benefit of doubt. They then came out to look at my wife's desktop and laptop as she was having a few issues but nothing major. The tech named Dan quoted her a huge number to fix the desktop that was over 5 years old. She declined. He then told her he would clean up her laptop and could replace the internal speakers. She watched him order the speakers off Ebay for $15 and said he would return when they came in. She met him again understanding he was just replacing the speakers but at the end of the appointment he charged her $400. He claims he upgraded her RAM that cost $250. She never requested that upgrade and was never told about it. Again this laptop is a few years old and not even worth $400. Seems since she declined the desktop repair because of the cost, he just did not tell her the cost for the computer clean up nor that it would involve a $250 RAM upgrade. Be wary of these guys.

Sean G, the founder and CEO of Crown Computers has an amazing and compassionate heart. We made our…read morefirst contact about 5 years ago, but because we had an IT guy in-house, we didn't need Crown Computers services. This year, he called again and asked to meet with me . I agreed to meet with him regarding our IT needs. The reason I met with Sean is because our IT guy gave his resignation and so we now need someone to take his place. I explained our situation as a non-profit, we rely mainly on our membership donations as our only source of revenue. Our IT guy was not being paid much and the work that he did was more like ministry. As we discussed our needs, I asked for a proposal to address our immediate needs. I forwarded that email to management, but was partially approved. Since the monthly support service was more than we can afford, Sean suggested, that perhaps to look for someone in our congregation who may have the skill set that we need to replace our IT guy. We took Sean's suggestion. We put out a "Help Wanted" Ad in our website and announced it in our congregation for two weeks. Six people showed interest on the job. We didn't have the knowledge to really know which of these candidtates have the qualifications and skillsets that we are looking for. Again, Sean came to the rescue. He shared his expertise and even shared his test to screen applicants. The test that Sean put together, narrowed down our search to one applicant. We interviewed that person and hired him. We are blessed to find the right person with the technical knowledge in computers and network administration. Instead of Sean selling his services to grow his company, he helped our church find the right person to manage our network with no compensation whatsoever for all the time he spent with our recruitment process. What a guy! His heart is in the right place; The Bible says, "Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met. (Matthew 6:33 Msg) Sean, you're awesome! Thank you...your reward and crown awaits you in heaven. MyrnaN

Brian came to meet with us, look at the house and property layout, and suggest various options. Recognizing and appreciating the home's age and historical significance, he proceeded to provide recommendations that would avoid or minimize drilling into the concrete walls and hard wood floors as well as keep the wiring out of sight. The Simply Wired team was amazing! They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job. We have worked with other contractors over the years in various fields where the service and quality were lacking, but working with Brian and Ramon was an absolute delight, and I highly recommend Simply Wired.
