Very nice and adorable place. My partner and I are staying at the Dillons hotel around the corner and we compared this place and the other Indian restaurant up the street (hazara). And this place looked more affordable, although the other place seemed like it had more unique dishes I've not heard of before.
My partner got the Prawn Patia, which was very delicious, and I got the Lamb Rogan Josh which was equally tasty.
Perfect amount if (medium) spicy. The probs were a touch on the small side, compared to other curry houses but not by much.
A small bottle if Cobra beer was 3 quid, which is reasonable. Plain rice and garlic naan was cheap as well, and it does not come with the entree.
Poppadoms and starter does not come with the entree as well and must be ordered seperate. We were full though.. after 2 entrees, rice, and naan. read more
