I wish I could provide a negative rating review. This is, by far the shadiest, most crooked company I've ever dealt with. I bought a pair of Aeropostale (what I thought was Aeropostale) pants from Sears.com only because I got mail from Sears saying I had to use my credit card or it would be closed for inactivity. Anyways, when I received the pants, they were irregularly sewn fitting very strangely. They were subpar Aeropostale quality and, I believe, they are complete knockoff pants. I went to the Sears website to setup a return. No where does it have any return restrictions or requirements. It only has an option to start return. So I start the return and am told that Sears will contact Tags Weekly on my behalf about the return. A few days later I get an email from Sears saying Tags Weekly isn't responding and Sears will continue to reach out to them on my behalf. After more than a week I get an email from Tags weekly stating the have approved my return and I needed to affix the attached return label to my package, include my invoice along with the item inside the package and send it back within 5 days, I think. I put it in the mail the next day. A week goes by and I get the package back because, although they provided me a return label, they never paid for the shipping for it. I contacted them immediately. After many days go by Tags Weekly responds with saying they don't pay return shipping and that it's explained on the website. I asked where these rules were stated and why they would require I pay return shipping on an item that is a knockoff. They never responded to my return rules question but stated the item was Aeropostale. After many, many back and forth emails, I'm asked for my order number, a picture of the item with tag, and of the invoice because my claim is being "escalated". I was hopeful that I would get somewhere. Now, after several more back and forth emails, I've been told I'll have to pay return shipping AND a restocking fee on a knockoff item. What!?!? I've told them that I would totally get paying return shipping if I just changed my mind, but I'm returning these pants because the item is subpar quality and, most likely, a knockoff of real Aeropostale clothing and they couldn't care less. I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge and hopefully I can get these knockoff pants returned and a full refund. I've also reached out to Aeropostale and will file a complaint with the BBB. And, having found all these other examples on here that support my claim of this fraudulent company, I'll be snapping screenshots to use with my disputes/complaints as proof. read more

I ordered a product and was sent 2 wrong ones instead. I tried calling 3 times and 5 different emails to get the problem resolved. Each time I either got no answer or a completely unrelated answer to my request. These people do not know how to carry on business. They do not care about clients or communication. Dishonest and shady... they list items incorrectly (probably on purpose) and then charge you for restocking them when you get the wrong thing. I bought a Suit Jacket from Tags Weekly on Sears.com because the suit jacket was hard to find anywhere else at a great price. I should have known it was too good to be true. I received the jacket in the mail on Jul 30th 2021 and immediately noticed that inside the jacket arm was a hole and the buttons were scratched up. It looked like a resale item because it had the tag but covering the tags was a markdown sticker. They did not specify that it was a resale item on the site. So, I contacted Sears and the games began today is the 20th of Aug 2021. They sent a partial refund but charged me fees for the return process. They sent me a defective item but want me to eat the fees for their negligence to perform quality assurance on their products before they leave the warehouse? Not so, so and I am still trying to get my full return and now my shipping costs as well from Sears (because they claim that they will guarantee your purchase but keeps giving me the run around as well) or Tags Weekly. I will spare the full details because it would be a book by the time I finished. Needless to say, this was the worst experience I have ever had since I have been purchasing online items. It taught me many lessons. If push comes to shove I will contact the consumer protection division in my state to see what they can do about getting my money back since I see here that this seems to be Tag Weekly's modus operandi. It may be many more complaints but most don't feel like writing a review. I wouldn't have either but they need to be call on the carpet about these business practices. Same experience as everyone on here and these companies like Overstock and Amazon have to drop these unethical companies who gouge their customers...I bought two items totalling $102 on Overstock and returned them in short time with all tags attached etc and spent $10 postage and then this crappy company charged me $26 "restocking" fee--I have NEVER paid one before for anything -- sometimes appliances or tech stuff may have one but never some little piece of clothing like a top--gee did it take 3 seconds to put back on the shelf....this company needs to go away and stop doing business and any site that carries them is enabling their horrible business practices. read more

I purchased a dress on Amazon which turned out to be sold by Tags Weekly. My order total was $81.74. I returned the item unused, with tags and within 2 weeks. After a few weeks when checking on the status and getting Amazon involved, they refunded me $34.79. I filed a complaint with both them and Amazon and Amazon wrote me a bot like message saying the refunded me an additional $13 and to file another complaint if I wanted the rest of my money back. This is unbelievable!! DO NOT buy from these thieves! Back and forth and never received a shipping label. I contest the charge on my credit card. Tags Weekly contests my dispute. Worst company I've ever dealt with! They are a bunch of crooks! I purchased a jacket, and when I received it it didn't fit. I emailed them for a return label and they said they didn't provide return labels, but to just mail it back to an address that they provided along with the packing slip. I mailed it back and have been asking for my refund for two months. They keep asking for my tracking number; I explained that I didn't have a tracking number because I sent it via regular mail, and asked them to just look it up using the order number on the packing slip. I also experienced a similar situation as the previous yelper stated. I bought a jacket for my daughter according to their sizing guides, which ended up being to small. I requested to exchange it, but they said I would have to return the item and purchase another one. Normally, no big deal, but it cost me $12.40 to ship it and the company takes 10% of the item cost for a "restocking" fee. So the jacket cost me $50, but I lost $20 for absolutely nothing. I purchased two Denim and Supply shirts internationally from them via Trademe.co.nz. They sent both items in the same parcel - both were packed in undamaged separate/sealed plastic bags in a similarly undamaged postage parcel - yet BOTH items were damaged (holes and tearing). Clearly they were sealed in their respective plastic bags in a damaged state. The CSR advised - inconsistently - that whilst I could return one shirt (at my cost) for a refund, that they were not prepared to take the other item back for a refund as they never send out damaged items! Initially I put this contradictory policy down to perhaps dealing with two different CSRs - a rude one and a helpful one - only to find out that they are one and the same. This is not how repeat customers should be treated - companies that effectively bill people for unusable items will be disrupted and ultimately have their market share consumed by more agile players. The front of one shoes had a huge chip in the front and the leather looked worn in places. Tags weekly doesn't offer exchanges, they say you just have to place another order and send the other items back (at your own cost) and they will refund you your money (minus a restocking fee). Once I returned the shoes, they never refunded my money, despite saying they had. They don't have a way to contact them other than by email, which they send essentially automated responses to your complaints. There customer service is abysmal. I will not be using tags weekly ever again, they're crooks. read more

Tags Weekly website offered jeans with a size option of X 32. What does that mean...? There was no other option available. I took a chance, and chose that size because I have a 32 waist. I was sent size 1 / 2 jeans! They also sent a different Style than I had ordered. I didn't have a problem with the mistakes, but they insisted that I had ordered the size 1 / 2, they never addressed the 'wrong style' issue, and they denied any responsibility for their mistakes and misleading website information. After several email conversations wherein I explained the details of the transaction, and I asked for a full refund, because I had Not Ordered a size 1 / 2; they demanded that I pay for shipping to return the jeans, and that they would deduct their original shipping costs, and also a 10% restocking fee, from my return. This is unfair business practice. At this point, I do not believe they will even reimburse the balance, (as another reviewer confirmed) so I am going to give the jeans away instead of send them back. It appears as though the wrong items were sent deliberately, in order for them to collect fees for 2-way, over-priced shipping and for an unreasonable restocking fee. I've dealt with several online retailers and have never experienced such deceit and wrongful business ethics! read more
