Called back and a third employee came back within an hour to remove the vermin and reset traps. This employee also was friendly. I will say, we originally had called another company and had an appt. They were a no show and no call on appt day when they were called about it they couldn't schedule anything until the following week. So my tip is to avoid terminex and go with 360. Many of them were closed on weekends, and this happened to be Labor Day weekend so I'd have to live with that nest for 3 whole days. With a curious dog, that wasn't going to work. I gave these folks a call and Tim said he'd be here in an hour. I texted him the address and in 50 minutes he arrived. He suited up, treated the hive, and we stood at a distance watching those angry wasps coming and going as I paid him and we just chatted some, asking questions. He gave me some literature about a flat fee treatment they do in spring, and I will likely do that next year, as this is an annual thing for me.
