He treated it with insecticide dust, but because of how many swarmed decided to check attic the next day. The nest wasn't in the attic and he concluded that it was between the visible aluminum soffit and the original wooden soffit He order a product for that and applied it. It killed most of the nest and the outside foragers will die within a couple of days. He came back the next day to seal the opening. He is knowledgeable, professional, and diligent. He clearly takes pride in his work and in being thorough, rather than necessarily fast--which was the impression I go from other contractors. His price was very reasonable I strongly recommend him for your pest solutions.

Collin and Jake were both extremely professional and responsive. The 'eviction' of our unwanted tenants could not happen immediately since it was the bat's pupping season, and the colony cannot be removed until the young bats can survive on their own. They helped 'bat proof' the interior of our house until later last summer, at which point the multiple exterior entry points were sealed and one-way escape valves installed. BWS returned later this spring to make sure the bats were indeed gone, to clean up the bat guano in the attic, and remove the bat exit valves. We did get several estimates, and are happy we had BWS take the job, even though they weren't the cheapest, and this work is not inexpensive. They used the best materials, came out as often as needed to do the job correctly, were consistently polite and knowledgeable, and have the best guarantee. The warranty is important, bats are persistent and try hard to get back into their former living space. If and when we ever have a nuisance wildlife issue, I will not hesitate to use BWS again, and have recommended them to others.
