I have been a customer for over 20 years. I called them to clean the roots out of my sewer line…read more When they showed up, the older guy argued with me that the sewer line did not need cleaned out. They did not do what I asked them to do. They were making excuses. So the first time, they did what they thought was wrong. The next week, I called them again and they argued with my mom this time. They finally agreed to do the roto rooter job. They only cleaned it out part way. I will no longer do business with them. I had to call another company to do the job correctly. I lived in my house over 20 years, I should know when my sewer line needs rotorooted. It has backed up enough times to know.

I find this alarming if you place all of your eggs in one basket, how can you generate service income in a service business industry. I guess it it what it is. I'm writing this review with great disappointment. I have used All Town & Country Septic Tank…read moreService in the past and had positive experiences with previous crews. However, my most recent interaction--specifically with an employee named Tyler--was completely unacceptable and has changed my opinion of this company. I scheduled service for a Friday morning and was later told the crew couldn't complete the job because a truck was supposedly blocking the drive. I reviewed my security footage: there was no obstruction whatsoever. This isn't the first time I've been given a flimsy excuse, and it's clear the company either overbooks or is dishonest about delays. What truly pushed this into unacceptable territory was Tyler's behavior. When I followed up, he was openly belligerent, dismissive, and shockingly hostile--simply because I expected the company to follow through on a scheduled service. There was no effort to resolve the issue, only anger and deflection. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by a service provider entrusted with essential home maintenance. If this is the kind of representative All Town & Country chooses to send out or defend, then I can no longer recommend them. They have lost my business.

In 2007 we built our home and hired Summit Excavating to install a new septic system. The tank was…read moreinstalled near the back of our home and the mound was installed at the rear of our lot. A few years later we found that the mound was built partially on our neighbors property and had to be altered. Summit looped off about 20' of the mound to remove it from the neighbors yard. The mound was then too small for our house. The mound began to leak causing a large wet area both in our yard and our neighbors. I called Jim Easterling and told him about the problem he tried unsuccessfully to get the end of the mound to seal, I called him several more times and he stopped responding to my calls. The mound has now completely failed with swampy areas at both ends and middle of the mound. I now have to spend a significant amount of money to change my entire system. This company is run by a lazy owner who fails to make things right. I would recommend anyone considering hiring them to look elsewhere
