Very generous with his time and resources and will work out most any scenario to get you in and on budget. I was told three times they would refund my money because it was just to take the car off the market, that it wasn't for anything else but that, it was a lie. I came in looking for a Toyota that I could ship to Hawaiʻi for my vacation home -- and anyone who knows Hawaiʻi inspections understands how strict they are. This was not an easy order. Lot 99 went above and beyond. They let me inspect every vehicle inside and out, and they never rushed me. Yes, a few vehicles didn't pass my personal inspection checklist -- but that's because Hawaiʻi's requirements are extremely strict. Every Toyota I looked at would have passed Oregon's standards without an issue. They let me keep looking until I found one that I knew would pass in Hawaiʻi, and this took days. They didn't complain once. In fact, they made the whole process enjoyable by joking around and keeping things light. Here are the inspection points I had to meet for Hawaiʻi: No sharp edges or cosmetic damage that could fail safety. No flaking rust on frame joints -- a tough requirement in rainy Oregon, where even well‑maintained 15‑year‑old vehicles show some surface rust. When I was using my inspection snake camera, they came out and offered their lift to make the job easier. That turned a 30‑minute job into 10. Because they were doing maintenance (battery swaps, etc.), some vehicles had cleared diagnostic monitors. They let me test‑drive the truck long enough for all readiness monitors to reset. I hooked up my OBD‑II scanner, confirmed no codes, and even verified it passed an emissions test -- which Hawaiʻi requires. Final results: Underbody: Pass Rust: Pass Engine & diagnostics: Pass Road test: Pass (just needs an alignment -- no big deal, I'll do that in Hawaiʻi) Bumper replaced and painted -- Pass (I requested and paid for this) Carfax/ownership/accident history -- Pass (minor incident, fully documented) VinCheck -- Pass Clear title -- they emailed me a copy immediately when I asked Bonus: They even helped coordinate transport to the port for shipping to Hawaiʻi. They're still assisting me with timing and logistics. If you're buying a used car, bring the right tools and do your due diligence -- that's just part of the process. But from my experience, Lot 99 treated me fairly, worked hard to help me, and made a very difficult task much easier. I appreciate everything they did.

I added a quart of oil and then proceeded on my way. Another 300 miles go by and then the same message appears. This is very odd so I do some investigating and I realize that this is a big problem. I call around to mechanics and Audi of Beaverton just to tell me that this issue is very serious and they quote me close to $7000 to fix it. I call John at bellus and he proceeds to call me a lier and says that I am making this up. Starts cussing at me while I haven't misspoken to him once throughout the phone call. Now I am out of $9,500. This is a complete scam in my opinion because I truly think that they knew about this problem.

The truck was clean, but not detailed, so I could see the bumps and bruises. We agreed on a fair price on my trade in, as well as some work I wanted done. Picked it up a week later; everything was done. Two weeks later a thump developed, took it back and we found an issue (carrier bearing), which we repaired. The shop did a good job and no issues sense. I paid for the repair and John paid for the part that he felt they should have seen during inspection. Straight shooters. I didn't expect a new car, didn't pay a new car price and the truck has exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend them for people who understand that used cars, are used cars..not new cars with lower prices. I'd buy from them again.

I was in Tigard so I just googled ranges near me and, a few came up. After checking their website it was the perfect place to shoot my new baby. I only had an hour to shoot but, I'll definitely will back to shoot soon not later. I would highly suggest visiting their website so you are aware of the policies, regulations, and fees. Service~We were greeted immediately with a smile and, real professionalism. Being it was our first time the owner puts you on a tablets (to left by the vending machines). You start the registration, answer a few (legal) personal questions, and watch a safety video (takes about 10-15 minutes). Once that's completed you go get your target sheets, someone will explain the target pad and, how to reach a staff member (in case of emergency or questions). Also (I have my own) but, they will provided you with safety glasses, ear muffs, and safety clips for the barrel. Ambiance~The vibes are amazing (It was only 3 other people and, a private one on one instructor class). I am not sure how it is when all 9 lanes are occupied but, I like it better when it's quiet. Restroom are clean (main building and, before entering the range it's a set). It's plenty of parking but, I highly recommend coming here if you love to shoot like we do. I personally plan to take a few classes w/ Jermey (I want to be an expert shooter and, be able to draw from my holster). This beautiful shooting range has been in business for 12 years and, it so clean and very well maintained. My husband and I plan to sign up for the household membership package!

I originally booked a 30-minute session for the Threat Alley simulator ($45). I didn't know what to book for my husband because he had never done anything like this before, but I wanted to get him involved in something since this place offers state-of-the-art training. I'm so glad I did. Jeremy was our instructor. He was formerly a member of a SWAT team, so he has plenty of experience. He offered excellent critique and guidance, walking my husband through the session step by step. He even gave us an extra 20 minutes and let us use the 300-degree Threat Arena - WOW! He provided my husband with excellent scenarios, even the ones intended for two people. I highly recommend Jeremy and hope we have the opportunity to work with him again next time. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent instructor here. The simulator experience really makes you appreciate what military and law enforcement have to do. The Threat Alley simulator is a single-screen application that lets users practice practical threat scenarios, such as being robbed in a parking lot after work. It also presents other scenarios that prompt you to reconsider how you would handle the situation if it were to actually happen. Those scenarios, when the threat isn't directly interacting with you, can get tricky. For instance, how do you handle the threat if they have a hostage? The 300-degree Threat Arena is pretty impressive! It's best used with another person or two, but my husband did well for one person. Overall, I recommend these simulators for individuals seeking to train or simply enjoy themselves. Photos are allowed only in the simulators. Originally, I booked for $45 and ended up getting an extra 20 minutes and invaluable advice for the price of $55. So worth it! This place is popular and offers a variety of packages. Great staff. I'm so glad this place is here. We plan to be back!
