Their salsa is delicious, the service is great. Their restaurant has a lovely patio area and is so conveniently located next to Fullerton! During rush hour, it's pretty hectic. The salsa and toppings bar is located right next to the ordering line, so people were constantly squeezing past each other to get through. It wasn't very convenient, and with the restaurant already being on the smaller side, it could easily feel cramped and overwhelming for anyone who doesn't like tight spaces. However, I do like that there is an open salsa and toppings bar. They even have pickled onions, radish, and carrots. The salsas were very good as well, not overly spicy. I tried the carne asada, pastor, and chicken tacos. All of which were really good and well marinated. Meats were tender and not dry at all. Just on the taste alone, I'll definitely be back and will be paying with cash or debit next time. They definitely need a warning for credit surcharges and hopefully it won't be a rush hour next time I go.

I love that they offer Buche and Tripas as these are not commonly offered. I also highly recommend the Cabeza and Al Pastor here. At $2 per taco, it is a steal for the quality and quantity. I also love that they have grilled jalapeños and onions at the self-serve station. I wasn't a fan of their salsas, but I am happy with the radishes and lime wedges available at the self-serve station to go with my tacos. Whenever I'm in the area, I'm definitely stopping by here for tacos!

The horchata and Agua de Jamaica was 4 stars good. Not too sweet. They have a huge salsa bar with grilled onions, cilantro, a bunch or sauces, and roasted jalapeños. They were very generous on the meat! Flavorful and assembled to perfection by friendly cooks! All the fixings were available on the side: radish, cucumbers, lime, onions, cilantro. At $12 per burrito (poster sign says $10 so I'm assuming $2 extra for asada. No, I didn't ask. I was hungry), reasonable price and well worth it! The burritos were huge! They post their location, date and time on their Instagram. Not sure how else they take payments but we used Zelle. Well lit canopies and their set-up was along a street that has a little bit of traffic flow but not like a main street. 10/10 - I'm definitely coming back!
