After today the 2 tortas of Carne Asada! Omg i can scream of joy over that cheese! The bread was moist and fresh. Everything melted in my melted and we had a feast. I have done the tacos but I am in love. The are Tap ready to pay especially w your e wallet. Thisbis perfect especially togo and skip cooking. If you are near I highly suggest to visit. truck is by target. Service was quick wasn't difficult to order. first time trying asada fries it was flavorful. I went back a second time because the fries were over cooked too hard for the fork to get through. I need to catch them when the fries are being cooked FRESH I think the overall dish would be a lot better for me. read more

I read the comments about how they treat English vs Spanish speaks. So I brought my man with me, just incase. But I ended up ordering food- am non a Spanish speaker. Anyways I ordered and the total came out to $21.54. Brought the food home and boom small tacos. ( the guy did say small and show it to me- so that's my fault. I should of ask if they have bigger) . We thought that were bigger do to the pictures on Yelp. So this was my first Birria tacos and it was good. According to my man the tacos are ok, but the consomè could be better. I really can't compare the consomè since this was my first. We'll come back and try the same items but this time my man is going to order in Spanish and see if the comments hold water or if the business has listen to their customers and change. As the food I say try it, if you don't like it - then you know. If you like it, that's great. You only live once might as well try all the food once. Tried Birria El Tacocho and went with their Birria Tacos. They were good--flavorful and satisfying--but nothing mind-blowing. The consommé was decent, but I've had better. The staff was okay, not overly friendly but not rude either. Service was quick, which was nice. Overall, a solid spot if you're craving birria, but not necessarily a place I'd go out of my way for. There's a couple of items that I keep craving, I have to keep coming back! The asada mulita has the perfect amount of crispness and a delicious layer of cheese. I went to the taco truck in Fullerton by the target. I wanted to really like this place way more than I did, but it was some issues. I ordered pollo tacos and it wasn't until after I paid that they said they didn't have pollo. So I had to get something else and I didn't want anything else because it was for my son and he can only have the chicken. So I got the birrria to replace it and it was just too spicy to eat. I wish I could say I enjoyed the carne Asada tacos, but the meat was beyond too salty. I mean it was almost inedible. I was able to tolerate the burrito because it had rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream which helped to cut down on the salty taste of the meat, but only a little bite. Prices were not listed and are WAYYYY too high. In 2025 it's $32 for Birria ramen, 2 tiny tacos, and one horchata??? Here's the breakdown: 1) Birria ramen: overcooked soft noodles, somehow came out lukewarm, birria was tough, and the soup was not that flavorful. 2) Al pastor tacos: meat was overcooked and lukewarm. 3) Horchata: 100% just concentrate from the Walmart down the block. Not a trace of cinnamon or real rice milk flavor. There's also a high likelihood that if you're not Latino or paying cash, you're getting horrible service and price gouged just because. Ingredients are cheap, the flavor has no depth, the texture is all either mushy or too hard. Save yourself the money and go to literally any other truck like Tacos Jalisco or Tacos La Doña (or whatever the OC equivalent is.) Creds: years of restaurant and bakery experience. I try to appreciate good food, good value, and be understanding where I can, but this is seriously the first time I've EVER been let down by a taco truck in the LA/OC area. read more

I got a couple Birria tacos for me and my mom the other week, and they were really good and super loaded. The food is great so far! The only thing that I would say is bad, is that you should greet your customers when they come up to the truck so they know you are ready to take their order. My mom has been talking about wanting to try this place, so I showed up and I saw that the truck was open. I got out of my car, saw that no other customers were there, looked at the menu, decided what I wanted, and walked up to what I assumed was the window to order. As I was waiting for them to call me over, I eventually noticed that they were just staring at me and I was staring back for quite a while. I'm pretty socially awkward, and I just wait for people to call me over so I know that they are ready to take my order. But they never did. There was no hello, welcome, or "are you ready to order?", so I just stood there waiting. Eventually other people started showing up, and assumed that they already took my order, and three people ended up cutting in front of me. I didn't even realize that I was at the wrong window, because I've never been to a food truck. One of the customers that unintentionally cut in front of me, ended up making a comment about how I was not speaking Spanish when I was ordering, receiving a chuckle out of the people in the truck.
