Love this business! Best tacos EVER! I first tried the tacos when my friend invited me to Progress Brewing and shared one with me. I couldn't get them off my mind so I figured out who they were and realized they were serving at one of my favorite breweries the following week. Ever since then I've been following them wherever they go and I'd be lying if I said I don't impatiently wait for them to post their schedule up every week on instagram. I even go to one of my least favorite breweries to just eat their tacos. Their sauces are bomb, their tacos are amazing and the owners are awesome! Definitely recommend.

We had several delicious tacos at the Tacos La Bomba pop-up restaurant in front of MacCleod's Brewery in Van Nuys. The brothers use their mom's technique of dipping the tortillas in red chili sauce before grilling them. This imparts a rich smoky taste to the taco. My friends enjoyed the shredded chicken and carne asada tacos covered with a nice pile of onions, cilantro, and cabbage (customers can help themselves to these toppings.) According to my friends, the meat was tender and free from fat and gristle, which unfortunately plague many street tacos. I had the vegan/vegetarian tacos-- one filled with homemade soyrizo, and the other with potatoes and zucchini. Both were great (not too oily and not bland at all.) We were all hungry, so we appreciated the generous portions. We were pleasantly surprised by the low, low prices ($7 for 4 plump tacos.) They offer 3 different salsas in squeeze bottles: the red one was very spicy, and the green one was a citrusy tomatillo blend that was just perfect. I didn't try the yellow salsa.) There was no pico de gallo, but nobody missed it. These are authentic street tacos without any gourmet pretentiousness , and that was reflected in the low price and traditional flavor. They went perfectly with the beer. Check the MacCleod's Brewery website for nights when this pop-up taco vender will be there.

I read the reviews that said that it was BEHIND So Cal Pizza. I still was a little leery when we were getting there because as you are driving alongside at the building you're thinking, "It can't be back here." And then you turn the corner and BAM! There are kids skateboarding, a line of parked cars to match the line of people waiting next to the pop-up tent where they were busy making tacos, burritos, mulitas, and quesadillas. I will give them that their signature dipped and grilled tortillas are different. I didn't really notice a big difference in the taste though. Their meat was good and I did enjoy my food. I liked that it wasn't really greasy. The other thing that makes this better than most of your other taco stands/trucks is that they have some type of agreement with So Cal Pizza where you can walk in through the back door and eat inside the establishment. It's probably because most people go in and buy sodas and/or beer. It's not the end all be all of taco stands, but it is definitely worth a go. Sidenote: They are only at this location in Norwalk on Tuesday nights from 5pm to approximately 9pm. You follow them on Instagram (@tacoslabomba) to keep up-to-date on where they are and what their hours will be.

When your bestie is down for an adventure you try your best to find a taco Tuesday spot that will live up to our adventures!!!! And Lord behold you find the diamond in the rough!!!! Even more so they totally live up to their name cause the food way Fu*ken bomb! we got the "La Bomba Grande" that gave us a little (huge) taste of what they got going. The meats or cooked to what seems like perfection and the young man that's the pen has just a cool vibe down to earth that made the whole experience even better. Each of the meats the tortillas and damn that secret sauce !!!!! Even his different salsa's complement ppl that can't have too hot, to one with a good sizzle ! Over all I would totally come back, we finally found a spot in my home town of Norwalk that's worth going too every Tuesday!!! Lol I'm all for some Mulitas

I think I found my new favorite taco stand! These tacos are full of flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly. The guy dips the tortillas in a special red sauce then heats them. The pollo and carne asada tacos were delicious. You can add your own toppings (shredded cabbage, cilantro, or/and onions). There's three sauces: mild green tomatillo, an orange sauce that has a mild kick, and a spicy sauce in a red bottle that's only for the brave. I like to taste my food and enjoy it so I didn't touch the hot sauce. Some people like to sweat in pain and only taste heat. That's not me, but enjoy if that's your thing! They also offer chorizo as a meat option as well as queasdillas. You can get 4 tacos for $5 or get the whole shebang (tacos, mulita, and a quesadilla) for $10. Of course you can always order separately if you just want a little taste. I also had a carne asada mulita. It's meat and cheese smack in the middle of the famous red tortillas. You can choose your own toppings. Love it! Now let's talk about location: they are partnered with SoCal Pizza. The stand is behind the building so you'll have to drive around to the back. You are free to sit inside SoCal Pizza and order your drinks there since there are no drinks at the stand. It's also during happy hour! You can make it a party and add pizza and alcohol if you please! They are open from 5pm-9pm on Tuesdays only in Norwalk and they have a second location they travel to in Van Nuys every other Monday and every Wednesday. \(^-^)/

2 tacos and a bombita w/ cilantro and onion. With some lemons and chips.

I love when they come to Progress, I get to have a beer with some bomb tacos. They have the best tasting tacos with the tortillas flavored perfect in a red kinda sauce. I always get Asada Bombitas, there like mini quesadillas with meat. They have a great tasting spicy salsa selection. The green is delicious but I can't get enough of the red super spicy salsa. It burns my mouth so good, I love it.

    Everyone loved Tacos La Bomba

Came across this business on Yelp and the reviews are right on. Tacos and mulita were delicious with that red sauced, lightly fried tortilla, topped of with a familiar yet different slaw and the tangy salsas. Will definitely be back.

Well that did not happen to me when I finally got to try a Lobster roll from the famous LobstaTruck. A few years ago I was at the Tustin AMC when I saw the truck. I had heard about it so we went over only to see a line that was 40 yards deep. No way to make our movie so we put it off. A few months ago I was somewhere that they were going to be only to learn that the truck broke down and the killer was last month when I was in Irvine and saw on Twitter that they were a couple blocks away. I finished my meeting and drove right over only to see the driving away. Aaahhgggg!!!! So today was a few miles away in Long Beach and decided to try the roll. I was shocked to find that there was no line and only a few marines that had just picked up their orders. I was surprised to hear whether I wanted butter or mayo. I thought I all rolls came with mayo but I asked what was more popular. The gal mentioned that the butter was more popular so I had to try that one. I was thinking about adding the extra meat but I am glad I didn't, the roll was perfect although I wish it were a little bigger. The roll here comes on what looks like a giant buttered Texas toast, not the hoagie type roll I was imagining but the toast was really delicious and adds a lot of taste to the roll. My roll had plenty of meat and had a few big chunks that you can really bite into. It had some butter on the lobster but not so much that it was oily. Just perfect. I cant believe how good it was to taste this awesome explosion of deliciousness and I cant wait to get back to try the sandwich with mayo; you know for research. Next time I will also try the lobster bisque soup. The Marine that was eating next to me also had the soup and it really made me crave it but I had a big breakfast this morning and so I will have to chase down this truck again.

The only thing holding me back from trying them earlier is because they're open from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday. I work night shift so I'm comfortable at home by the time they open up shop or maybe I'm just lazy. Anyways, it's located behind Pacific Drive Elementary school off of Valencia and Basque so make sure you make that turn on Basque or else you have to make a u-turn in a busy street. Here's what I've tried so far: **Bee's Knees Latte (Iced): Got it less sweet with oat milk. Wasn't my favorite drink overall. I wanted to play it safe and get it less sweet but since they make their syrups in-house, they're already less sweet which is great. I could taste every distinct flavor from the honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, but they were too weak overall. Next time, I'd try the drink with regular sweetness and maybe add an extra shot or two. (3/5) **Espresso Tonic: Solid ET. Their espresso has a very nice balance of flavor and the touch with tonic water was great. Easily one of the best ETs I've ever had. (5/5) **Cold Brew: Very solid CB. This is what they recommended on my second visit and it did not disappoint. Creating a good CB is hard to master but they clearly know what they're doing. (5/5) During my first visit a few weeks ago, I arrived on a Tuesday around noon and it seemed like they were busy with regulars ordering a few drinks each which is always a good sign. I was greeted immediately by Ashley and Emiliano even though they were both preoccupied with various tasks along with keeping a conversation going with their regulars. They instantly struck up a conversation and I felt like I was immediately part of their friend group. I'm generally an introverted guy but the vibe was very nice from the get-go. My second visit was this past Monday right before noon with my mom. My mom's first language isn't English and she generally stays quiet but the moment we entered again, they greeted me by name and struck up a conversation with my mom. That's definitely great customer service going above and beyond which is a lost art these days. Anyways, they listened to my feedback with my drinks during my first visit and insisted I try their Cold Brew which was a great choice! I generally don't order CBs anymore because of the disappointed I'm usually met with but I was impressed by theirs. Ashley and Emiliano are truly a gem. I 100% support Roaming Glory and you should try them out soon. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu. RG has easily become one of my favorite places to get coffee. Once on the grill you will be asked if you want the dog/sausage topped with grilled onions and peppers or plain. Basic condiments such as ketchup can be found on the nearby table but the grilled pepper and onion combination is the way to go with these tasty dogs. The Sausage Masters also have horchata as well as several varieties of freshly squeezed lemonade from traditional to mixed berry among more. A dog and small lemonade will run you about $10 bucks for me its well worth the money for the size and quality they provide. Despite the small booth-like area the quality is top notch and the service is always quick and efficient.
