I spent $30 on steak and shrimp....the most flavorful thing about my order was the vegetables. There was very little steak or shrimp with my order which is ridiculous for spending $30. The steak had no seasoning, was dry and rubbery and the shrimp was cooked too long and was hard and chewy with also no seasoning. I've never had this kind of negative experience with hibachi food. I would definitely not recommend. I was very upset that I waited 20 min for this subpar food.

It all tasted like it was cooked in tap water, dirty tap water. A huge deal breaker for me. The food was prepared slowly, and we waited for 15 minutes, which is a long time for only two plates. The people were friendly, the price is right, but the quality of the food was not good at all. Freshness counts, and if the food tastes like dirty tap water, then stay away from this place. Better to try other birria spots here in Palmdale as this was the worst birria tacos I've ever had. I really wish I could give it two stars but it does not deserve it. Hope this was helpful. By the way, this is a food truck, not a sit-in. Flavor is there, but it is literally washed away by the taste and smell of dirty tap water.
