Great spot for filling and mexican street style. I believe the pastor is better but they both can be a bit better. However for the price, you can't beat Tacos La Rueda. The tortillas are handmade corn, with a really spicy salsa and guac sauce to combo with your choice of meat. Food 4 Less offers a free taco and drink coupon. I was able to get an agua fresca, 3 birria tacos + consume, and 3 asada tacos togo for $15 flat. You really can't beat it. Stop by for taco tuesday but avoid the lunch or dinner rushes.

My favorite place for menudo and hand-made flour tortillas !!! The menudo is nice a clean and does not have the menudo smell. It is served steaming hot and with all the yummy compliments- onion, cilantro, lime, oregano, chile chilpetin and many more.... The frijoles puercos are 10/10 !!! My son ordered the asada torta and said is his new favorite place for tortas - 10/10 !!! Generous asada portions and guacamole!!! Service is always on point - friendly employees. It is a small restaurant, so seating might be a challenge for large groups.. highly recommend this place ... tons of parking ...

Came here back to back. The food here is DELICIOUS. I loved the mulitas. The cashier guy is so humble and the sweetest person ever. His smile and how nice he was made my day. I asked him to help me pick since it was my first time and he was more than willing to help. I love it here and it's my new go to for lunch. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Carne asada nachos were a hefty sized portion and the meat was marinated and seasoned well

I was craving nachos and have also been looking for a local, authentic tacos spot and La Rueda met the craving. I only tried the carne asada nachos and had a jamaica, and both were tasty. The meat had a good flavor and I will definitely be back to try their tacos of different meats and other dishes soon. The mural on the wall added vibrancy to the clean and organized dining area. The service was nothing stellar nor was the girl who took my order anything beyond polite but they got my order right and in a timely manner.

The food is great!!!! Amazing everything on the menu is delicious I had seen this place on IG and finally was able to come and try. We even ordered food to go I can't say enough of this place. It's small but worth the sit down Service was great, the music a little loud but manageable

If you are feeling like eating menudo and tacos de asada Sonora style, this is the place! Tacos La Rueda is located at a plaza with other establishments, so there is enough parking space. The place itself it's a bit small. Sometimes I've waited for a table, other times my family members have shared tables with other people. That might sound weird for some, but the vibes are great! I try to eat there because ordering to go causes my tacos to get soggy. The customer service 10/10, the cashiers, cooks and waiters have always been very welcoming and helpful with any requests. They tend to be busy, but they are on top of it! Now, the food. Oh my! As a native from Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, I highly recommend this place. Not only you feel like you are welcomed, but the food is VERY close to the authentic taste, a close 9/10. My family from out of state enjoys coming here for the taste, and because they open early - compared to other taquerias that sale Sonora style food. It is becoming a staple to have breakfast here the morning after a family gathering. My family and myself have tried the menudo, tacos de asada, lorenzas, caramelo, asada nachos (humongous by the way), hot dogs (or dogos as we call them), chilaquiles and tortas de cabeza. The tacos and lorenzas are my absolute favorite. I am not a big fan of menudo but the taste is authentic. The cabeza was a bit greasy for my taste, but still good. The dogos are sooo close in flavor; I think the bread is missing a little something to reach its full potential. The cebada is simply delicious. Do not try it if you are not familiar with the taste since is very particular. I enjoy eating here because it is a local authentic spot. They also sell machaca, coyotas, tortillas, and other typical Sonoran foods if interested. They also have other types of meats and meals, but the tacos de asada are a must!

Excellent tacos! Flavorful and juicy filling. Not overly greasy. Well seasoned and good portion sizes. Will return again.

Caldo de menudo está lleno de grano y poca pansita
    Jilma B.

Acabo de ir por un menudo. Súper desabrido y lleno de grano. Casi no traia Pansita. Decepción total porque antes era bueno y si le ponían sal y sobretodo bien servido. Son bien duros con el chitelpin también.

Came in since we aren't around here and wanted to give it a try. It is small inside but the food was very yummy. They put so much meat and were worth the prices. Everything was super flavorful. The guy who rang us up was sweet and gave us a test try of their cebada drink. Which was super yummy never had before. Definitely recommend.

Nothing fancy, but it's pretty spacious and clean. I ordered three different kinds of tacos -- asada, al pastor, and birria. Most places charge extra for birria, but the price is the same and included in the Taco Tuesday special! The tortillas are homemade and delicious. The meat was all flavorful and tender. There were a few bits of fat in the meat that I spit out, but overall it was pretty good. The guacamole sauce is really good, and they're very generous with it. I enjoyed their green salsa as well. Be careful of the orange/red habernero salsa -- it has a kick that creeps up on you! The line can get fairly long and they do a good amount of take-out. However, the line moves pretty fast, and they assemble the tacos to order. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other menu items and the agua fresca!

Especially during happy hour. Lol. To be honest, I'm not really a taco person but the meat is tender, the tortillas are fresh (so worth the calories), and I love that they pile on the guacamole. Haha. The salsa is very good too but be careful because the pico de gallo has a definite kick to it. Place itself is clean, plenty of seating, and workers are extremely welcoming. The plaza that it's in has plenty of parking as well. I'll be coming back for sure. Enjoy!

They are located in Bellflower and have street parking and a couple spots behind the restaurant. I don't think I saw indoor seating, but they definitely have outdoor seating. There was a small line and others showed up after, definitely is a hotspot! There were plenty of people eating in their cars in the parking lot too! I ordered the Yandy taco with Carne Asada and their agua frescas are homemade. I got the cucumber lime. The food was out in less than 10 minutes and I was excited to try it so I dined in my car. I asked for their spiciest salsa, which was the red one. First off the drink is delicious and not too sweet. I would love to try their other flavors. I believe they had Horchata, Jamaica and pineapple. The taco was delicious, it's like your typical crunchy American taco but better! It's no Taco Bell! They were generous with the toppings, and I will say that the cashier was friendly and explain to me the difference between their regular country taco and the Yandy, which comes with the works - sour cream, lettuce, generous amount of yellow cheese, and meat. The red sauce was perfect for that taco. I would say these tacos need to be eaten immediately so they don't get soggy. Now I get why people are eating in their car. I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word. They have great combo packs too that are great for a potluck or dinner night. Great spot!

Every element of this lavishly sauced delicacy is perfection! The tortilla was crisp and well fried, The beef and potato filling was tender and well seasoned The birria consommé has a ghostly hint of oregano that disappears without lingering, The sauces decorating the outside of the flautas are balanced, The cheese is salty and rich and accents the flavor profile to completion. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front told me it would be another 7 minutes -- fine, no problem. I waited another 10 minutes, only for him to finally ask what I ordered and then tell me they only had beef available. At that point I was annoyed because why wasn't that communicated when I first walked in? Either the online ordering system isn't accurate or the staff doesn't know how to use it properly. What really made it worse was that from the time I placed my order to actually receiving my food, it took an entire hour. Meanwhile, I watched multiple people walk in, order in person, and get their food within 10 minutes. Offering me an agua fresca doesn't make up for wasting that much of someone's time. Communication and organization need serious improvement.
