Hidden Gem in Inman, SC - A Must-Visit for Mexican Food Lovers!…read more If you're cruising through Inman, SC and your taste buds start doing the salsa, this is the spot you want to pull over for. We stopped by this charming little Mexican restaurant around 4 PM on a Wednesday -- and let me tell you, it hit all the right notes. First of all, portion sizes? Generous enough to make you consider a nap right after. You're not leaving hungry -- you're leaving with leftovers and zero regrets. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we walked in. It was our first time, but definitely not our last. The restaurant was quiet and uncrowded at that hour, perfect for a relaxed family meal without having to yell over a mariachi band or a rowdy crowd. (Though we'd probably still stay for the tacos either way.) Clean bathrooms -- yes, I checked. Because nothing ruins great enchiladas like a sketchy restroom situation. Thankfully, this place passes the "restroom respect" test with flying colors. To top it off, it's super close to our house, which is dangerous in the best way possible. We're already planning our next visit -- and probably the one after that. Bottom line: If you love Mexican food, enjoy great service, and appreciate a clean, cozy spot with big portions and small-town charm, this place is absolutely worth a stop.

They had a large variety of salsas which I was eager to try. My goto is usually the salsa verde and they had the traditional and avocado version. Upon the first bite of the salsa verde, I was caught off guard because it was so salty. When the server came over and took our order, I felt the need to let him know because it was not edible (IMO) but my husband also agreed. They kindly took the feedback and shortly after I saw some staff go over to the salsa bar and took it away. They actually ended up changing or fixing it and it was so much better! Hubby's tacos were awesome, super flavorful meats. My pork carnita dish was absolutely delicious! Packed with flavor, the rice was addicting and it was a great combination. The service was great as well so we look forward to coming back!
