In long This little strip mall looks like nothing architecturally, but has at least 4 tenants cranking out food ranging from great to amazing. FT fits right in that range. I pulled up early in the dinner hour and had an easy time with parking and seating. With all the good places on this lot, that's not always a given (even the coffee hut is killer in this parking lot). There are a couple bistro tables on the sidewalk, and another one inside. The staff are low-key, very warm and friendly in few words. Most of the space here is kitchen. Ovens and tables and sinks for yards behind the counter. You get the feeling they rock the to-go orders; even dining in, they brought my food in a clamshell in a bag. Water, tip, and 2 tacos were about $15. I had the brisket and shrimp tacos--the 2 most expensive, but by far the most interesting-sounding. They were both incredible. Great toppings, tortillas were chewy and flavorful, and the proteins really showed through, even with lots of cheese, lime, and salsa on top. This would be a regular spot for me if I were a little closer. Tacos always sound good, and these are close to the top of the list for miles around.
