No judgement. Ordered a crispy chicken taco and chili relleno combo. Started with garlic soup. Everything was great! The owners are just the cutest older couple. They were sweeping up and cleaning tables as I walked by... I said I felt like I was home as I passed. I was able to seat myself and since I was a party of one I chose the small table in the front window. I felt like I was at home on my porch back home. Watching cars, unwinding. I was watching the locals go by minding my own business sipping on a Modelo. I ate some dinner after a long day at work while traveling out of town. I asked for them to wait to drop my food and I was in no hurry. I was watching the tables to make sure I wasn't taking business. I enjoyed my evening as best as possible since I couldn't be home with my Boyfriend and kiddo. I had read the reviews and asked for the hot sauce and a little bit of each on a chip was delicious and perfect for this Guera. I asked for a side of the mole sauce. I smothered my chicken taco with that mole sauce and I'm telling you the flavors of all their sauces and their food was perfect. The Hispanic family I grew up across from growing up ... when I would walk in that would ask me growing up Quieres comida Guera? Loved it! That's the only thing missing! Them words. A cute funny story is one of their regulars as they were leaving. The owner approached them to say goodbye and the little one that they were carrying, he spoke to them about her meal. He spoke to the child. It was the sweetest thing to watch he said "I have a new customer" because the baby tried guacamole mama reported I'll be back

I tried both the garlic soup and the tortilla soup, and the tortilla soup absolutely stole the show. If you're only getting one soup, make it that one. I also had the chile relleno, and it was really good. The egg batter was fluffy, light, and wrapped around the chile perfectly. The rice was a little bland on its own, but once you mixed it with the beans and sauce, everything came together nicely. We also ordered the milanesa empanizada and added grilled onions on top, which was definitely the right move. The service deserves its own shout-out. Everyone was so friendly, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Between the food, the hospitality, and the cozy atmosphere, it honestly felt like eating at a family member's house. I'll definitely be back

I like how some of them are longer rectangle shaped, easy for dipping in their medium red salsa. Their salsa has nice blended constancy with hints of garlic to it. The chips and salsa come complimentary with your order and they are very generous if you want an extra one. The people that work here are always kind and friendly and whenever I've called my order in, it's usually ready in ten minutes. Personally I like the wet burrito with Al pastor that has beans rice and your choice of meat inside, and sour cream, cheese, guac, red onions chopped, and their verse (green) sauce warm smothered over the top. It is usually enough to split for me for two meals. I really appreciate how kind they always are, as I have been getting food here for many years and it's definitely a Sonora favorite local spot for many. Check it out.

I ordered the chicken taquitos and Don had two Carnitas flour tacos. The chicken taquitos were good, but the Carnitas in the tacos were the best we've ever had. We will definitely return to have those Carnitas again.

Once seated it took a few for our drink orders to be taken. Our food order arrived fairly quickly to our table why was good because we were hungry after a days hike. They seem to offer specials that are posted at entrance. Pretty decent parking as it is shared with a shopping center. They do have a decent sized many so there should be something for everyone. If you prefer slick salsa I would ask for it to be spicy as their salsa is more of a pico style mainly of tomato flavor and not much of a "kick" to it. You can get a decent meal here
