I got the build your own pie with mozzarella, pesto vegan chicken on cauliflower crusted hand tossed pizza. Wow I was impressed. Everything was fresh and crisp to perfection. I love how everything is pretty much plant based. My friend got the hamburger pizza pie which was unique and definitely tasted like a cheeseburger on pie. Definitely different but delicious as well. Might as well be daring! Will the manager was so kind and gave us a taste of monkey bread which was fluffed up Parmesan bread with cheese and garlic with marinara sauce. Oh my goodness. Amazing. The oat milk soft serve was delicious as well. Like a frozen yogurt. Overall if you are vegan, or just want to try vegan this is the place. Everything was delish and the service was amazing! Thanks Will and staff!

Yes, I'm talking about eating at the food truck called On the Fly. Calling it a food truck is in this number, I'm not sure what you would call. It is fabulous. Now let's start off with the negatives, parking is not as easy as it is for most lunch places, but it's really not that bad if you know what you're doing. There are plenty of slots on the street before you get to the restaurant, and if you called ahead and are just picking up then you can park in the reserve lot, where On the Fly is located. Now these spaces are reserved for lawyers going to the courthouse, which is nearby. So you can't park there here all day, but if you're just stopping in for lunch or if you've called ahead or just picking up takeout, then you should be fine. If you're in someone's spot, the first place to look is the restaurant, so just know you may have to move fairly quickly. For me, I like to call in advance, place my order, and then Park in one of the spaces. Then I pick up my food and go and I'm only there for five minutes. Now that that's all out of the way, let's talk about some of the best food that you will have in Jaxonville. On the Fly sauce - I think this is made by a team of leprechauns they keep in the back of the food truck. Because it comes out so fresh, so delicious, and if they sold it by the gallon, I would be numero Uno in buying it. Blue chips - a great starter chips and blue cheese, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and delicious. Firecracker Sesame seared Tuna - another solid performer, it has some kick to it, although the tuna is always perfectly cooked. Sweet and spicy quesadilla - oh my God, this dishes as close to heaven as I think I will ever get to. The chicken is so tender and put into a tortilla with caramelized onions, banana peppers, and covered in On the Fly sauce. I don't know how but this works so well you cannot imagine. Service 5/5stars Food 10/5 stars Parking 3/5.

When going over the menu you will have to read the descriptions of reach eggrolls because the name alone with not always let you know what you are getting. Let i said we ordered 9 eggrolls so let's get it started. 2 Pewlwani Pastrami, Filled with of course Pastrami, Swiss, Kraut, and 1000 Island. Amazing this we both agree was one of the best. Basically a Rueben Eggroll. So if you are a fan of the sandwich this is a must. Kickin Chicken, Filled with Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese and topped with buffalo, more cheese and Flaming Hot Cheetos. This one for sure brings the heat and flavor so if you like spicy it's a must. Plus Mac & Cheese in an eggroll who would say no to that. Southern Style, Filled with BBQ Pulled Pork, Coleslaw, and topped with Street Corn, Honey Gold and Sweet & Spicy Sauce. It's BBQ in an eggroll. Need I say more? The Balboa, You know where this is going.. The Philly Cheesesteak Eggroll topped with Teriyaki and Cheese Wiz. This was my favorite but hey I love Cheesesteak. It was loaded with meat and just so good. Who needs to go to Philly anyway. The Cowabunga, Basically a Pepperoni Pizza in eggroll form. This one I was surprised by how much I liked it. I have had a Pepperoni Pizza eggroll at Disney and this completely blew that one away. Pizza lovers rejoice! The Piccolo, This one was a special today so I got very lucky. Never would have thought I would see the day Pad Thai would be an an eggroll but it works and was amazing. Now yes of course they have dessert eggrolls! The Goku, Of course with the name I had to get it. A Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake Eggroll. Now I'm not a coconut fan but this was amazing. Best dessert eggroll I have every had. The sweet and creamy filling with the crispy and salty eggroll shell works wondering. Even if you're not a DBZ fan you have you try this. Cookie Po, A Chocolate filled Cookie Dough eggroll topped with Chocolate Chips and Icing. Ashley and I agreed it's similar to the cookie dough flautas but better. Now these eggrolls will be messy and can be a little greasy but everything was amazing. We will for sure come back now time we see Enter the Dragon Roll!
