The carne asada was fresh, perfectly spiced, tender, a generously portioned. The pinto beans were whole, not overly cooked, and added a nice layer of flavor and texture. Spanish rice was perfectly cooked, not mushy, not bland, not too much or too salty. The spice blend, fresh leafy bits, and crunchy onion bits, set this typical burrito apart from the rest I've tasted, ever. In totality, this burrito is a multilayered flavor and texture experience.
