The sandwich itself, however, is done wonderfully, with the right sloppy texture to the filling that you hope for. Of course, the appropriate chilaquiles verdes are employed. (A note of caution for vegetarians: it automatically is served with a chicken milanesa, so ask them to remove it if you have restrictions.)
