Their tacos are good, nothing special but their condiments? Their complimentary condiments is the best I've ever had! Everything is all wrapped up and nicely put together. The cucumber and radish is my absolute fave and they separate the onion and cilantro. I put everything in on all my tacos. Well done, taco truck!!

(FOOD) The food is okay, I get the usual asada tacos or if I feel adventurous maybe the mulitas which are bigger than normal. The pricing is about a dollar more expensive than other places because the highlight of this place is the unlimited salsas and toppings you can get. I always get a ton of diced onions and cilantro with extra EXTRA salsa verde to go. (SERVICE) Not bad. (PLACE) I'm not sure how taco truck permits work but they definitely should have found a better spot to park at instead of the Marshall and San Gabriel intersection. Parking there is kinda annoying. (VERDICT) Food is okay. I only go for the unlimited condiments. Location is whack. I prefer Arandinos on Valley and San Gabriel but they don't have unlimited condiments so I go back and forth between the two taco trucks.

Carnitas and pollo tacos were excellent.

Carnitas and pollo tacos were excellent. The pork had a nice crisp. Chicken had charcoal taste from grill. Asada & pastor were good. But pork and chicken I'm coming back for.

Na-cho NORMAL NACHOS! I absolutely love the Mexican food from this place, especially their nachos! My friend frequently orders from here through DoorDash, and I always get excited when I know they're coming. The flavors are authentic and have a real East LA feel to them, but without the long drive. One thing that really sets them apart is the separate bag of about 8 different salsas, limes, chopped onions, cilantro, and radishes that they include. While their asada burrito is legit, I prefer to order to go because the last time we visited in person, we saw some people coughing near the open barrels of salsa, so we decided to leave. Though I prefer the nachos from Michoachan Carnitas in LA, these still satisfy my cravings for authentic Mexican food without having to make the drive.

A friend recommend this taco truck so came here to try them out. Got the suadero taco and cabeza nachos. I was feeling nachos so was looking forward to it. I did see past photos that weren't as appetizing, but I ordered anyways. It was yummy. Cabeza nachos The cabeza was moist and tender. Ordering togo, they put the meet with the nacho chips and the cheese separately. I know why it didn't look as appetizing. Me liking how my nachos are attacked, I removed the meat, poured the cheese in layers with the nacho chips, ripped it worth the meats, and added cilantro and onions. NOTE it doesn't come with any cilantro or onions, you'll need to ask for it. Or if you are grabbing tacos, there will be a baby in the side. Besides the extra work, I enjoyed the meal and tried to pawn them off to some friends to finish. Would definitely recommend this dish. Suadero taco I was really looking forward to this. The best suadero I've had so far is from Avenue 26, before the pandemic so not sure how they taste now, and was hoping that they can match up. Sadly it was no match. The flavoring was good, but the meats were a little on the dry side. I would definitely give 5 stars if the meat was moist and tender. Not sure about any other meat, but I would choose the cabeza of of these 2 meats.

My husband and I frequent this spot for late night tacos. Today he ordered the torta which had moldy bread. We are so disappointed as we get food here pretty often.

This is now my new go to Taco spot. Cash only. It's off San Gabriel Blvd and really easy to drive by and miss. Pull over either before or after the truck. They have the list of meats listed at the window- Asada, Pastor, Babeza, Lengua, Suadero, buche, carnitas, pollo, chorizo, tripas $1.50 tacos. For all meats except $2.00 Lengua tacos Comes with a grilled onions that's super good and grilled jalopeno. The Al Pastor taco- good size and great flavor! The Lengua- is not just nice and soft like other places but super flavorful. The $4.00 mulitas are huge, but I think the cheese is overpowering the meat. In front they have your green sauce, red sauce, and avocado sauce that you help yourself with. They have this pickled cucumber that's super spicy.

This is currently our go to taco truck in the area, service is great, the taco man is always nice and friendly, very quick as well. Never had to wait for more than 15 mins to get our orders. I love that they scoop all the onions, cilantro, grilled onion and peppers for us. So we don't have to worry about getting it ourselves. Sauce is on the side, and you can get that yourself. I love that they leave chairs out for their customer to sit and enjoy their tacos. Price is very reasonable, food is always fresh, I always take mind to go. Parking is on the street, but I always sneakily park in the auto shop's parking lot. Recommend to family and friends Yes Return: I BEEN.. at the very least, weekly Price: Reasonable

We stopped by after the gym and ordered some food. My partner and I shared the nachos, while our friends got the quesadilla and tacos. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The food tasted fresh, was well-seasoned, and wasn't overly salty, which I really appreciated. One thing I love is their salsa bar. They have a self-serve area outside the truck where you can get as much salsa as you want. It's convenient, and it's nice that they're not stingy with condiments. They also offer daily specials. We didn't order any of the daily deals this time, but they looked like a great value. If you're looking for delicious food at an even better price, definitely check out their daily specials before ordering. The location is another plus. It's right outside Jefferson Middle School in a quiet area with plenty of parking, making it very convenient to visit. Several people recommended the horchata, saying I had to try it, so I ended up getting one and sharing it with my partner. It was really good! The only thing I noticed was that it didn't come with ice, so we added some when we got home. The service was quick and friendly. They took our order right away, and the food was ready in about 10 minutes. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back soon.

This little taco truck? It delivers. Hard. Honestly, don't let the wheels fool you. This rolling kitchen can go toe-to-toe with any brick-and-mortar restaurant on the block -- and probably win on points. The seasoning on the meat alone tells you everything you need to know about the chef's skills. It's not just good. It's suspiciously good. Like, "I need to meet the person responsible for this and shake their hand" good. And then they hit you with the bag of radishes, cucumber, and hot sauce on the side -- and suddenly you're not eating street food anymore. You're having a moment. A full-on culinary awakening. Right there on the sidewalk. Now, if you think the burrito with everything is the move -- you're not wrong. But the all-meat burrito? That's the cheat code. It's delicious, it's generous, and it's priced so fairly that I actually felt guilty, like I was getting away with something. If you're anywhere near this truck, stop the car, park however you have to, and get in line. Your stomach will thank you. Your wallet will really thank you. And your future self will wonder why it took you so long. Just go. You won't regret it.

The first issue started when I went to order pupusas. I was told they were sold out, which is understandable, but they still had a separate sign advertising them. If an item is no longer available, the sign should be removed to avoid misleading customers. The next thing I noticed was that there were no prices listed anywhere on the menu. Only pictures of the food. Customers should know what they're paying before they order. I ordered: 1 burrito 1 plain cheese quesadilla 1 order of birria tacos (I specifically ordered birria tacos, and the employee told me they came with four tacos.) 1 agua fresca When they told me my total was $64.75, I was shocked. That seemed extremely expensive for four items. Even so, because it was a hot day and I appreciated that they were out working the event, I still left a tip, bringing my total to over $78. While waiting for my food, I saw the cook inside the truck eating with his fingers while preparing orders. That was extremely unhygienic and honestly disgusting to witness. When my order was finally called, the woman handing out the food gave me four plain fried potato tacos instead of birria tacos. I politely explained that I had ordered birria tacos. She looked at the ticket and said it read "tacos dorados." I explained that I had clearly ordered birria tacos from the person who took my order. He acknowledged the mistake and told her to make me the correct order. After waiting another 10 minutes, she called my number again and handed me the replacement tacos with a rude attitude. To make matters worse, the birria tacos weren't even fried! They were soft, despite birria tacos traditionally being crisped on the griddle. By that point, I was completely disappointed and disgusted by the entire experience. From the lack of pricing, the order mistakes, the poor customer service, and the unsanitary food handling. In the end, we didn't even eat the food because we had completely lost our appetite after everything that happened. It was a waste of nearly $80, and I truly wish I could get my money back. I will never eat at Chanos again, whether it's their restaurant or their food truck, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
