Tacos El Potro is fairly new at this specific location. It's a food truck and I believe they were further East on Las Tunas before. I've only tried their Carne Asada Fries so far and that's all I can base this on.
FOOD
Carne Asada Fries ($13) - They use thin fries that are similar in size to McDonalds fries. The fries themselves were cooked right and decent. The fries are topped melted, nacho type cheese. The carne asada seems to be mixed together with beans and put on top of the fries. I was put off by the beans initially (because I'm not used to having beans on my super fries) but after a few bites, it wasn't a problem. They gave enough carne asada still where I didn't feel like they were ripping me off and just using the beans as filler. One of the main things that was missing was guacamole. I like guac but I didnt miss it too much here. I also didn't check if it's available as an add on. I've been to some other spots that serve carne asada that has some bits that can't be chewed through and are practically inedible. I didn't experience any of that here.
