We were not expecting much given that it was a literal stand alone building in the middle of nowhere. If Google didn't direct us there, we would have missed it. Our first impression was that the meat selections were limited--no lingua, tripas, nor chacete. We did a takeout order given the 97 degree heat but did notice a nice outdoor seating area that would be perfect in cooler weather. In a few short minutes, our order was called. I tried the adobada, chorizo, and asada and was blown away by the flavor. The meat was wonderfully charred, seasoned, and aromatic. They were even generous with guacamole, radish, onions, and cilantro served on fluffy, soft corn tortillas. Tacos La Central wins for the most flavorful tacos!
