Potato with carne asada burrito
Jennifer C.

Carne Asada burrito was unbelievable!!! Hands down the best burrito I think I've ever had. Got the potato with Carne asada burrito- also amazing but that burrito was insanely delicious. Tons of salsa options - all are freshly made. Love this spot! $32 for both items.

Pretty good food. It was fresh, tortillas had a great flavor. Barbacoa was super yummy. Carnitas were too. The piña drink was refreshing. The service was great. Very polite. There were a lot of people there, which is great, but minimal seating so we had to wait a little for a table. Otherwise great experience. We'll go again to try other items.

Parking was challenging specially because of the crowded area with all the local shops near by. Place is super packed. That's how you know it's good. I got a regular mini pastor taco for $2 and change. It was okay. Nothing crazy. Toetilla didnt taste fresh. Wish it had more flavor and more meat. I ate that as an appetizer. The Sonora taco has great flavor with al carbon carne asada but the tortilla isnt freshly made and you xan taste the store bought flavors. The chile taco was probably my favorite. It. Ones with whole beans, cheese, chorizo, grilled onions, chile poblano and carne asada and long cebollitas and guac. The corn tortilla is freshly made to order and it was heavenly! Pork belly was okay. Crunchy pork, Pico ans guac. Idk what I was expecting. Corn tortilla also freshly made. Order to go. Its too packed. Specially during lunch. Horchata drink tasted fresh. The rice would sit at the bottom so I think they make fresh daily. Id come back. Just not for flour tacos.

It's definitely a hole in the wall type of spot, which usually means you're about to eat really good. You walk in and it's busy with people who are clearly stoked to be there eating their food. The guy at the register was awesome too. Super friendly and welcoming. I'm also a sucker for a good salsa bar, and they have EVERYTHING. Green salsa, red salsa, chipotle sauce, creamy sauces, you name it. Once I saw that, I knew we were in for something good. I got the Surf & Turf tacos and they were insanely good. Loaded with flavor and way more filling than I expected. Two tacos had me stuffed, which is saying something. This is a must try if you're even remotely on the fence. I love finding spots like this. Good people, great food, lots of choices. I'll definitely be coming back again and again whenever I'm in the area. Heck, this place is worth making the trip just because.

5 Stars! Greeted as I came in. They are usually busy and even when it's busy, someone yells "Welcome" lol. So very consistent and good service. They are very fast. The food comes out quick and still tastes fresh and hot. Their asada is flavored really well. The Carnitas are my favorite meat option from them. It's very juicy and NOT dry. All of their salsa is good and flavorful. My go to is the Red salsa on everything. Seating is limited when it's busy, it's common for them to have a line going out the door. Which is always a good sign. If people are willing to stand out in the heat, the food must be amazing and it IS! Best Taco spot IMO within a 25 mile radius.

The best taco spot!!! Everything delicious, home made tortillas, salsas are super good, tripas, and carne asada tacos are super good!

So today I ordered a sope and a Gordita and I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture but the flavor was so delicious, like always it was busy but they are very fast with the orders and taking the orders too, I also recommend the mango and pinnacle mix agua fresca...

The meats are cooked so good, and there's a lot of options. The salsa bar is packed with a bunch of goodies. The service here has been great.

Delicious food and costumer service.

It was my first time here, food is delicious and great costumer service. Recommended

One of the workers gave my family a free key chain. Very respectful people !

This is hands down the first restaurant I can say truly deserves 5 stars! The food was SUPER delicious, the service was great, and everything we tried was on point. The surf & turf burrito is a MUST TRY! It was absolutely delicious, and the shrimp was so good! The carnitas were super crispy, exactly the way I like them. The horchata was also very tasty and tasted fresh. But the salsa bar is the best part. Seriously, this is the best salsa bar I've ever seen! So many great options, and that thick chipotle salsa is BOMB! I actually came here two days in a row! My friend showed me this place the first time, and I loved it so much that I had to bring my family back. The second time, my burrito was HUGE! Definitely worth the money and absolutely worth the drive from Norco. I'm already looking forward to coming back ASAP! If you haven't tried Tacos El Callejon yet, do yourself a favor and go!

A huge shoutout to Aldo, our server, who made the experience even better. I have a no dairy diet, and he was incredibly accommodating with making changes to my order so I could still fully enjoy my meal. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. It's kid friendly and although it's a bit dark inside they did a good job with decor! The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and you can tell they care about their customers' experience. Great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service -- we will definitely be coming back. Five stars!

The birria ramen had the same issue it tasted mostly like salt with very little actual flavor. The tacos were just okay, nothing that stood out. On top of that, the prices are high. The service was also pretty slow, and they only had one salsa option, which unfortunately wasn't good either. There are much better birria spots out there. I gave this place a try because of all the hype, but I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

The employees are nice. As for the food itself, on my first visit I had an amazing al pastor burrito. It was packed with meat, fillings, and flavor. They also separately packaged the salsas, cucumbers, radishes, and limes, which I appreciated. I came back within the same week and ordered an asada burrito. It was still good, but not as generously filled as the burrito from my first visit. They also packed all the radishes, cucumbers, and limes on the same plate as the burrito. As a result, the vegetables were warm and unpalatable. I'm giving 4 stars because my first visit was excellent, but based on my second experience, they do seem to lack some consistency.

I must have gotten the wrong things to order cause what I got last evening was not the move…read more Apparently I should have gotten their fish dishes cause I got their carne asada tacos and it was interesting. Let's start with the tacos. They were very greasy and suuuuuper salty. I like my carne asada to be flavorful but whoever marinated the meat that day was either heavy on the salt or over marinated. I'm leaning on over marinated cause the texture of the asada was terrible. It was mushy and stringy when probably mean it marinated too long. Maybe the choice of meat was had too? It just tasted like ground beef and not flap meat like most places do it. It was the same story for the California burrito. I love a good California. Probably one of my favorite burritos to get. But Bahia was not it. Again same problem with the meat. Overly salty and meat texture was off. Ironically enough, the parts that didn't have any meat were very good. Now when it came down the service the lady behind the counter was very nice and the restaurant itself was very clean. So I do give them props for that. Maybe I'll come back and try their seafood/fish dishes since that seems to be what they are known for but if it's based of the asada, wasn't a good first impression.
